have you already called Apple and explained your current situation, because I don't see a way to downgrade your storage plan with a Mac only running Snow Leopard and without a iOS device running at least iOS 5.

I understand that you are attempting to reset your Apple ID password. I would try resetting your password via answering the security questions instead of sending the email. I have Firefox 4. In the Firefox drop down menu, there is an option to cut, copy and paste but it is not highlighted. Please tell me how to highlight this link. Or is there a way to have a cut copy and paste tab?

Those links in the Edit menu are only highlighted if there is something to do:<br />
Paste should be enabled if the clipboard has data placed on it by a previous Copy or Cut and you have set focus on a text area or field that allows to paste that data.
Copy works if some text is selected.

then
account and at the very bottom of the page it says my plan will be replaced and the date and the amount.
i will also able to check my payment info so I wouldn't be billed repeatedly after clicking so many times

The only available, signed, iOS, for your iPod, is iOS 7.1. That's why you can't install iOS 6.1.6.

Hey! I had the same problem you did just today when I was trying to get my second iPhone to sync. What you need to do with music or anything extra that you doing you have to creat a second playlist or picture or anything that you would like to use, so that you can add to the second device that you are going to be using. I am not sure if that will help but it helped me out a lot!! Good luck!

You can backup 2 computers as long as the TC has enough space.
Your access might be restricted if you set it up with users.. you must log in with the correct user to get access to the files.
Otherwise you should be able to see both sparsebundles just with finder.

You don't have iCloud set up? There would be a backup there if you enabled it.

If you are having issues with enabling Wifi on your iPhone you may want to try a couple of things to troubleshoot. First of all I would quit all open applications on the phone and try again. See this previous thread for how -

Well, you don't say what happens when you try to delete the account. So I don't know what else to recommend. However, if your phone is not charging, is that the mains charger or the computer USB? Also, if it not showing any change to battery percentage, then something is wrong with the software. The next step in user troubleshooting after the reset is a restore from backup. However, considering the condition of the phone right now, I would be more than willing to say your backup is going to be corrupt. But you can try. If that does not fix the device, then you restore as new, not from a backup. If the phone works, then you can try restoring the backup again, but if it messes up, you are going to have to restore as new again. If the restore as new does not work, then you need to make an appointment at the Genius Bar or Authorized Apple Service Provider to get the hardware checked.

In a web browser, log in to your www.icloud.com account. Under the find my devices, you can erase the device, then delete it from your list of devices. That will effectively disable Activation Lock on the device.
