So your Mac is running v10.7.3 or later? Just making sure. Your profile indicates the iOS 5.1.1 ...
If you have anti virus software installed, disable that.
Make sure there's enough free space on the startup disk since the app is 15.51GB.
Click your Apple menu icon. From the drop down menu click About This Mac then select Storage from the menu.
Make sure there's a minimum of 15% free disk space.

Ipod nano 7th Gen is not compatible to any games in apps store. It is not an IOS device so no application can be installed in your nano. Cheers!

Whoops, I think I should have posted my message here...Anyway, I'm trying to download Bioshock Infinite from the app store but get a message saying I don't have enough disc space. The game requires 30 G and when I look at my internal hard drive it shows 60 G free.

It means you do not have enough Space on your Device and need to create More Space on Your Device by Deleting some items off your device.

Delete the book from the iPad and download it again, directly from the iPad, not your computer. You will not be charged again for the download. See if the complete book downloads then. If not, either email Apple at the store or call the number they provide under support.

1. Force Quit .
    Press command + option + esc keys together at the same time. Wait.
    When Force Quit window appears, select the Safari if not already.
    Press Force Quit button at the bottom of the window.   Wait.
    Safari will quit.
    Relaunch Safari holding the shift key down.
2. Safari > Preferences > Extensions
    Turn those off and try Safari.
3. Safari > Preferences > Privacy > Cookies and other website data:
    Press “Remove all website data” button.
4. If adware is installed without your knowledge,
    download free AdwareMedic by clicking “Download ” from here
    http://www.adwaremedic.com
   Install , open, and run it by clicking “Scan for Adware” button   to remove adware.

I've been trying to download the new Mountain Lion from the App Store & keep getting "hash mismatch" message. I was able to download on my 1 computer, but no luck on the 2nd computer, which is up-to-date on all updates & software. Support even put a fresh copy of the App in my account & I still get that same message. Someone suggested AppCleaner, but how do you delete the OS to re-install the new. I'm downloading a game from the app store, when it was finished the file was damaged/corrupt...

I am downloading Empire: Total War from the App Store, it's a 12gb download, I have it hooked up to wired internet and let it go all night downloading. When it was finished I went to install the game and when I clicked on it it said something about "damaged file" or "corrupt" and "please re-download from the app store"
I really don't want to spend another 12 hours downloading this giant game. Any advice or suggestions as to why it happened?

I just bought both versions of the Harry Potter Lego game, which the app store shows as being purchased, but it will not actually download them. just tried to download logic pro on my imac which is running the latest version of mountain loin and it keeps crashing my mac out and restarting. im a little bit peeved as just spent over £100 on this programe.

The Logic Pro app is crashing?
Try deleting the app using this free utility > Uninstall your apps easily. MacUpdate.com
That will remove all the associated files not just the app itself.
Then re download the app.
How to re download apps from the Mac App Store:
