I am trying to find information about a type of message I received on my iPhone. It appears as the message only on my locked screen, I must press on the green Dismiss icon at the bottom and the message disappears and then I can unlock my phone with passcode and use phone. This message stays there until I press Dismiss. It shows no sender or where it came from but is being sent to my phone number. Only a message the sender intends me to read shows on the screen then once dismissed, it disappears and does not show up or save in any application on my phone. Any ideas?

How do I get rid of phantom albums from the itunes store which I haven't actually bought?

I already have The Soft Bulletin, which I downloaded from the itunes store a few years ago on a different computer. Anyway, I was rearranging the tracklisting for my own preference, when I was shown an option to 'complete my album'. I clicked it because I was curious what this meant given I already had all the songs from the album, and it did something weird and now I have this phantom album in my library. This isn't a real album, and when I try and check it out in the itunes store it says it rightly says that it doesn't exist. It only presents the 1:30 samples of each song, and as you can see from the pop up menu there isn't any option here to delete the songs or the album. I can't drag it into the recycling bin and pressing the delete key doesn't do anything. I can't seem to find anything else like this on the web. Thankfully these fake songs don't sync to my ipod, but I can't seem to get rid of them. Can anyone help?No idea, since the summary tab doesn't pop up when I do CTRL+I:

I've searched my itunes folder in my documents and they don't show up there, so I can't delete them that way. They don't turn up when I search for them from my start menu either. -
I can't get rid of layer names from the Ultiboard PCB properties-General layers tab
A bunch of DXF layer names were erroneously entered into Ultiboard 10.1 a few years ago during a DXF importing operation. I upgraded to 12.0 recently and hoped that the old layers would be eliminated. I have been wanting to get rid of them for a long time. I tried deleting the ub_config file in AppData, but it didn't remove them. Is there anything you can think of to extract them from the program's grasp? Thanks, Tod

I suspect one of your design file is causing this. If you go to Options>>PCP Properties>>General Layers, do you see the DXF layers in here? If you see the layers, can you select it then press the Delete button?

When I go to log into Yahoo now it offers me a list of possible log on ids. Because of mistakes in typing some of them have the passwords on them too. How can I remove this list?

It's telling me "Item is currently being modified. Please try again later." Its really starting to make me mad; Is there any way to get rid of that message?
PS. The reason I'm downloading directly from the iPod is because the laptop that had my iPod synched to it crashed and the recovery disk didn't fix it. I don't wanna lose all my songs. :/If it says it is temporarily being modified than you should wait until tomorrow or later tonight. If it keeps happening, try downloading something else. If it has the same message, it is probably a problem with iTunes on your iPod. If it downloads regularly, there must just be a problem with the album.

Try obtaining a new installer file from the application author." I've repeatedly tried getting a new installer file, but get the same message every time.

Whenever i open iTunes it tells me that 2 of my downloads cannot be completed because the file may be corrupted. I cannot get rid of this message or complete the downloads. Other downloads worked. What can i do to get rid of this warning message or complete the downloads?

Try deleting the problematic file (electing to remove original file if/when prompted) and then re-downloading the file from the iTunes store.
You can re-download content purchased from the iTunes store (availability varies depending on location) using the purchased option from the Quick Links section in the top right corner of the iTunes homepage in your iTunes application on your computer. -

Seems like the downloaded file was corrupt that could be because of either network restriction or the anti virus might have blocked it. My suggestion would be to try and download the product either by turning off the Antivirus or try a different network.

I want to get rid of a book in the iBooks "Purchased" collection, but when I touch the Edit button and select the book and then touch the Delete button, then the "Delete this copy" seletion, nothing happens. How do I delete the book from the collection?
The Cloud by the song indicates that is is an iTunes purchase but it is not downloaded on the iPod. If you only want download iTunes purchases to show in the Music app go to Settings>itunes and pp Store and turn off Show aLL.
