I'm trying to manually activate my jet pack, but when I connect to 'my.jetpack' the screen has been saying it's activating for over an hour now.
It is just stuck at the activating screen on my jet pack and my.jetpack. I've tried restarting it, using a different browser, connecting to 192.168.1.1, and connecting it by tether and wireless.

I'm sorry you are experiencing a delay when activating your Jetpack. Because you are using a Jetpack, it is important to ensure that your SIM card is correctly installed. Which model Jetpack do you have? If you are still unable to activate the device, please try powering down and removing and reinserting the LTE SIM card. Please keep us updated.

I just replaced my iPod 5th gen. a week ago, and it was working fine, but when I went to go turn the screen on, it wouldn't turn on. Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try another cable
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

I was on iTunes on my computer trying to drag a song from my iPhone 4 to my computer but when I connected my phone to the computer using a USB cable then it said that it couldn't connect to my phone because I need to get the later version of iTunes. How do I do that?

I had the same problem and the fix was so easy that I felt a little silly after spending 2 hours with an Apple Technician. At the end of it all, what I had to do was make sure ALL music was deleted from my iPhone 5 by going into usage and clearing out the music folder. All I had to do then was turn my phone off and turn it back on again. I had not done this after my phone upgraded to the new 7.0 IOS. What's the first thing you do when experiencing computer problems? Reboot! It fixed my problem and now my iPhone 5 synchs perfectly when I had it connected to my computer. I am also on iTunes version 11.1.

I have an ipad and the only thing it does when you plug it in to the wall is flash the start up apple logo. It will not reboot because itunes can not reconginze it. I have tried holding the home and power button's together but it doesn't help.
I'm sorry, you are correct I am trying to restore my ipad because it stopped working. We thought the battery was dead so we plugged it into the wall charger. All it does when plugged in is flash the apple logo like it is going to start up and then shut off. It repeats this every few seconds while it is plugged into the wall. I let it charge overnight and still nothing.
When I hold the power button and the home button down together while the ipad is plugged into the wall, it does flash then after I release the power button the connect to itunes screen comes on. But when I connect it to my computer it goes blank. itunes does not recongnize my ipad when I plug it into the computer. I have used the same cord to plug in my other devices and itunes recongnizes them so it isn't the usb cord.
It seems as if my system has crashed and I think this may just be an apple service trip for me. But thanks so much for the advice. =D -

Try a Hard Reset.....
Press and hold the Wake / Sleep button AND the Home button at the same time, keep them both pressed until the Apple Logo appears on the screen, it can take 10 or more seconds. Ignore the swipe to turn off message. -
I can get it on to the screen but then it freezes again. Sometimes it goes through the start up on repeat. I got it on once to the point where I could unlock it and attempt to use it and it froze again

I have tried to download the book, How Jesus became God" by Bark Ehrman. Even though IBook states download and I have the icon for the book in my library when I try to open the book I get the message, " It is formatted incrrectly, or is not a format that iBooks can open". This is even though I purchased the book through IBooks and the IOS is adequate.

It mostly depends on the camera. Some cameras have a Transfer Mode, which does not attempt to charge while transferring pictures. does yours have such a setting?
Alternatively you can try to plug a powered USB hub between the camera and the USB connector so the power is provided by the HUB rather than the iPad.
Other than that, yes the Memory card reader may be a better option assuming your Camera uses Secure Digital (SD) type memory cards. -

Look under entries by velocius, who tracked down the problem to the 10.6.8 socket (/usr/libexec/cups/backend/socket) and also the later entry where he posts a link to the old 10.6.7 socket file that works. (The first link posted has the new 10.6.8 file and won't help). After replacing the socket file, reboot. -
