I am trying to open itunes on my computer. Windows 7 64-bit operating system. When I try to open itunes, I get an error message saying MSVCR80.dll file is missing. Then I can restart and it says it is sending a report to Apple. This seens to be happening a lot lately. Has anyone else had this problem?

I am trying to use imessage and everyone I am trying to send to I keep getting a message that they are not registered with imessage. They all have iphones and I know for a fact they are all registered. I have tried all the trouble shooting steps I have found so far. I made sure my imessage is turned on and set under my apple id and email, I'm connected to wifi. etc... I can use facetime but can not message anyone. Thanks in advance for you help

Which Fx version? When you uninstalled Fx, did you reboot computer before reinstall?
Also, check for / delete any leftover files in the Fx programs install folders, before reinstall?
Is your profile in the default location or custom location?
Have you tried creating a new, completely clean profile - to test (then make sure to select that profile to start Fx - from the Profile Manager)? (no addons or plugins installed).
Does the user acct (that Fx fails under) have access ("rights") to all locations - especially for Fx profiles location?

TS1389 What do you do if you keep getting the error message that the i Tunes library file cannot be saved, and that you don't have permission, etc...?

I noticed this message quite a few times over the last few months. Now the album that I just purchased won't save in i Tunes. I am really looking for a way to fix this so I can enjoy my music, especially since I have already been charged for it. I e-mailed apple tech support about the fact that the album has disappeared, but although I have waited the forecasted 48 hours, I have yet to receive an answer. It's rather frustrating.

Select a broken track and press ctrl-i to Get Info. Look on the summary tab for the location where iTunes "thinks" the file should be. Where is it really? Post back the two locations and I can suggest the best approach.
