Trying to update an app and it says waiting and never updates
I had 3 apps that needed updating, I went to the App icon and pressed update to all three. They all said "waiting" for a couple days and never installed. Then I deleted the apps and tried downloading them and they said the same thing "waiting", but never downloaded. Now, I try downloading any app to see if anything will download and I am still having the same problem.
Any advice?
I have tried reseting my phone a couple different ways and that doesn't seem to help either.
Thanks!What worked for me was deleting the application, resetting the iPhone and then try downloading it again. If that doesn't work, then as Allan suggested, sync the apps to the iPHone via iTunes.

i added 3 new apps to my 4s.my password worked for these 3. and afew minutes later tried to update an app and my password would not work. i changed the password online on my computer and it works,,but my phone still wont.. i turned it off and on deleted the 3 apps and nothing still

Close All Open Apps... Sign Out of your Account... Perform a Reset... Try again...
Reset ( No Data will be Lost )
Press and Hold the Sleep/Wake Button and the Home Button at the Same Time...
Wait for the Apple logo to Appear...
Usually takes about 15 - 20 Seconds... ( But can take Longer...)
Release the Buttons.. -
I wanted to know how i can remove my account information off my iphone, because i keep trying to update my apps and it asks me to fix my billing information seeing as my card is now empty at the moment, it acts as if my updates cost money.

Is the credit card billing address in the same country as the iTunes/App store you are trying to use? It has to be. -
Just updated to ios6, tried to update an app and now its stuck "waiting". Like that for 24 hours, mail is OK, web browsing OK but cannot unblock the apps thing. any ideas?

My wife and I have separate AppleID accounts. Ever since she updated to the iPhone 5c, for some reason when she tries to update her apps, it comes up with my AppleID and asks for my password. I cannot figure out why this happening and how to fix this. Please help!
I have had this issue lately.
I can only put it down to using the one computer to update all our IPads for me and my wife.
Some of our apps, although downloaded from both our seperate accounts on our IPads, are the same.
However after plugging her IPad into the computer when my AppleID is on ITunes, I think something strange has happened and when she then tries to update Apps on her IPad and I try on mine it now asks for the others Apple ID password.
The only way I have found to counteract this is to update an app one at a time, if that app asks for your wifes password then delete it and then reinstall it.
That has solved it for me.

Im trying to update my apps and it wont let me. When i clicked on an app to update it or to download a free app it says "sign in required, tap continue and sign in to view your billing information" when i did it says "you must verify your payment info before you can makes purchases" then "security code is invalid" when the security code is valid. I even switched credit card it keeps saying the same thing....... THIS IS NOT FAIR........ I WANNA UPDATE MY APPS!!!!! Btw idk why did i buy the ipad for, APPLE dont even let you download ADOBE FLASH PLAYER and must of the games required ADOBE FLASH PLAYER to play example: wizard101. Idk what i was thinking...... :(
Why not simply remove yoru payment info by selecting None at top?

Trying to do both at the same time? Try updating the apps first. Maybe one at a time. Then try buying the movie.
First thing to try is to reset your device. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously ignoring the red slider should one appear until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart. See if that fixes your problem. -
I am trying to purchase an app and when I try to it tells me to login. When I log in it ask me security questions which I don't even remember the answers to. I put, "forgot answers" and it says, "we can help you reset your security information by sending a message to your rescue email address: [email protected]" I only have one email and thats on Yahoo. i still click send email button and it tells me to check my email but i dont recieve anything. please help me
