I messed up my links and don't know what I did.

On my home page I created all my links by going through the "page properties" to set the color and the no underline thing. I tested it in my browser and they all work out fine, So I realize doing it that was would take to long so when I got to the "About us" page i decided to try and do the CSS thing. When I tested it in my browser, none of my links work (ie, no rollover or color changes). what did i do wrong? My home page links all work, I even tried to apply links to another page (in my site) and they too are not working in my browser.

Honestly don't know what you mean by "inks don't work."
When you test a page in browser and click on a link what happens? Do you get an error message?
Have all site pages been saved to your local site folder in Dreamweaver? If you don't know what that means, Read this tutorial:

If none of those things, Copy & Paste your HTML and CSS code into a reply. Use the Double Blue Arrow icon >> Syntax Highlighting > Plain.

In the time line, cutaways and titles are supposed to be linked on the top side of movie clips in the time line window. I don't know what I did, but now they are linked to the bottom side. How do I get them up to the top where they belong?

I'm working on a movie in FCP and using cutaways and titles in many places in the timeline. While working on a movie 2 days ago, and I don't know what I did, all the cutaways and titles are now linked to the movie clips from below rather than above. When I "grab" them and drag them up to the top-side, as soon as I "release", they go back down. Along the menu bar, I've check the "view", "modify", "clips", etc., looking for any thing that might refer to appearance of the time line. What must I do to get the cutaways and titles back on top where they belong? The audio clips remained properly-linked to the time line and play properly. The cutaways and titles can be seen but do not play.

Depends on what input plug you'll be using on your TV. VGA, DVI, Composite or HDMI. You'll need a Mini-DVI adapter and a cable from that to your TV. (Composite is the red, white and yellow RCA plugs on your TV or red, white and S-Video plugs.)
You'll also need audio cables to the TV using a 3.5mm stereo headphone jack to RCA sound plugs for VGA, DVI or Composite. If you connect the MacBook using a Mini-DVI to HDMI adapter you will probably need to use external speakers or a 3.5mm stereo headphone jack to RCA sound plugs connected to a stereo system for audio if your TV doesn't have separate RCA input plugs or a 3.5mm stereo input plug for audio with the HDMI plug. The Mini-DVI to HDMI doesn't carry audio and there're no audio plugs on most TVs to work with HDMI since it's expecting audio with the HDMI.

I have gecko default plugin and don't know what it is. Do I need this or should I disable it?

You can view the purchase history on your account : if you log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option, you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it. Click on that and you should then see a list of your purchases (the most recent is above the list).

I don't know what I did, but Aperture no longer sees my HD as online, and I can't get my photo versions since the HD is not online. I see it in Finder, but Aperture no longer recognizes it. Does someone know how to fix this?

I see it in Finder and can see the original files and even copy them from Finder, but Aperture no longer recognizes the HD, and when I try to work with the picture, it doesn't let me because it says that the master is in a volume that's offline. Does someone know how to fix this?

Just to clarify:
Does Aperture not see the drive at all (that is, does Aperture also not see the drive in the import and export dialogue) or are only the Master Files disconnected?
If Aperture does not recognize the drive at all, check the permission settings of the drive in the "Get Info" panel and make sure you have read/write access, also the "Ignore ownership on this volumn" checkmark, this should be set.
If correcting the permissions does not help, make sure you have a backup, and then use "Disk Utility" to run a check and to repair the volumn, if necessary.
If Aperture can see the drive on import and export, but only does not see the master image files, then try to reconnect your masters.
Create a smart album or use a Search with the rule: "File status: offline", to select all images that need reconnecting to their masters.
Right click on the first image of the selection.
From the Pop-up window select "Locate referenced Files..."
Now the "Reconnect All" button should appear.
Click it.

Check if PDF document has renderable text. Go to Tools -> Text Recognition -> In This File.
Then you should be able to copy the text from PDF.

It's Orientation Lock, which will kee the screen from rotating when you rotate the device.
It's accessible from Command Center- swipe up from the bottom of the screen. You should see the icon to turn Orientation Lock on or off.
