I moved my iphone from my parents account to another account on a different computer and i still have some of the music that i dont want from the other account, how can i get it off of my phone without deleting it from the other itunes account?

What type of "account" are you referring to? An iCloud account doesn't contain music, an iTunes account does.

Okay, so my friends music downloaded to my iPhone when i put it on his computer to charge and i re-synced it to mine and all his music is still there but blank and wont play how can i get it off of my phone, its so annoying!! My itunes only has like 4 songs because my computer crashed and lost all my songs, and I'm not trying to steal his music. But like I said its still in the music app on the phone but its all blank and wont play. I just want it off.
When he plugs it into his Mac again, he should be asked if he wishes to sync with that Mac.

I'm an IT guy who helped design DOD classified networks in the mid-pacific. I know security. The best protection for this is to NOT have a credit card listed in iTunes. Use iTunes cards ONLY. It's a pain, but until they step up, it's all you got.

How can I get albums off my i-phone?
I turned i-tunes match on on my i-phone and now my entire library shows up on my phone...some of the items have the cloud logo indicating that they haven't been downloaded. How do I get rid of items/albums I don't want? I have called customer support several times and they have no clue!
If you don't want to see all of your music, download what albums / songs you want, then go to Settings.app > Music and turn off "Show All Music"

In iTunes, you need to pay attention to mark/unmark the fields properly to everything runs well.
Syncing your device with iTunes, open your device. In the Resume Tab, if you have marked "Just sync Music and Videos selected" and/or have unmarked "Manage Music and Videos manually", they mean you need manage which music/videos you want in your device.
Go to Videos Tab, check if the video is there, but probably it is unmarked or something like this. Mark the blanked field and sync with your device again to see what happen.
If sitll not working out, check how iTunes Match works. You maybe need to have an account in iTunes Match to share the video with other devices you have.

I have windows 8 and itunes 11.1 ... my laptop identifies my iphone 4 but itunes insists that I either update my phone to OS 7 or restore to by basic 6.1.3 OS I don't want to do either. How can I get itunes to access my iphone ?
RealPlayer can cause conflicts with Flash Player because it tries to assign EVERY TYPE of video or audio file to itself by default. I haven't used RealPlayer in years for that reason. It's an unnecessary program anymore. There are apps loike VLC media player that cna do EVERYTHING it does without conflicting with other apps like Flash Player.
With WIndows 8, Microsoft began embedding FlashPlayer themselves into Internet Explorer. Because of that, you cannot download and install it from here. You cannot uninstall it from Internet Explorer without removing a specific Windows Update first. And you cannot update it via this website. ONLY through Windows Update can Flash Player for Internet Explorer be updated.
That said, you probably DON'T have a virus that's causing the problems with Flash Player and Internet Explorer. Many, many websites are not "recognizing" the browser.
This is a known problem with Internet Explorer 11, which Microsoft has been aware of since October 18 when they released IE11 The pages can't recognize the browser, so they don't recognize any of the plugins, like Flash Player.
So far, Microsoft has made NO indication that they have any plan to fix it soon.
Microsoft's recommendation is to use Compatibility View for affected pages, and "pretend" you're using an different browser. Trouble with that is it has seen limited success at best, and you have to individually enable it for EVERY page that has problems.
I'm not big on "pretending" so I recommend actually using another browser.
Firefox (from Mozilla)
Opera (from Opera)
Safari (from Apple)
Chrome (from Google)
ANY of those will work where IE11 won't, with the Flash Player Plug-in (For all other browsers), and Chrome doesn't even need that because it has its own Flash Player plugin built in. -
Hi, I have just tried to sync my iphone with my computer. I must have clicked the wrong thing, now all the songs i purchased through my phone from itunes were replaced with the itunes that was on my computer, which is nothing. Any ideas on how can i get them back onto my phone or computer? I can see them in the itunes store under purchases, but there are no options for me to download them again.

I have an iphone 4. How do I get pictures off of my phone, and into my computer, to make more space on my phone. I want to send to my dell computer. When I tried syncing phontos on my phone before, all of the pictures on my computer went into my phone taking up my data space. I jsut want the pictures that I select to go to the computer. help!
The only pics that can be imported to your computer are pics in your camera roll, & you don't use iTunes for that. Read here:

I'm sorry to hear that your iPhone 4s was lost, and glad that you were able to upgrade.
If your iPhone 4s was backed up to iCloud or using iTunes, you can restore the backed up data to your new phone.
