Problem in Proxy to FIle senario.

Hi ,
I have a simple proxy to file senario, which is working fine.
The problem is that i have to put one more file on the FTP server which has some text of 7 characters that denotes that the Proxy was successful. This second file should only be created after the the first file is successfully created.
One of the solutions is to create to create one more proxy and put the two proxies into a specific queue so they are triggered one after the another.
Do you have any other solution expect this ??

Harpreet.... You do not need two proxies.... Create one proxy with a flag
the purpose of the flag is to indicate whether the record sent is the message payload or the last control record(success/Failure..).. Map the structure of the proxy according to your original msg and the control record.
Use interface determination to specify both the mapping....Make sure that you specify the original fsg first and chk the maintain order option...so the control rec is posted only if the msg record is succesful
Alternativbely make the proxy EOIO..

You still need two mapping...but u dont need the maintain order option.
I personallly would tryu the first option..

IDOC to File Senario - Mapin error

Hi,
   I am trying IDOC to File Senario using XI. I am stuck while message mapping.
I need to map IDOC : MATMAS.MATMAS01 (Material numbaer and Matrial description ) to File.
I have imported IDOC : MATMAS.MATMAS01 in IR.
Created target Data type/ message type/ message interface:

Using graphical message mapping I am trying to map the the Fields from Idoc structure to Target structure, But I am geting Internal error. Can anyone help me out.

IDoc to file senario

Hi,
This is an idoc to file senario and in this senario,
PI receives multiple IDocs in a day and at end of the day PI needs to build a file with one header record, one detailed record for each IDoc and one tril record at the end file.
Could you please suggest me how can I achive this.
For better understanding i am providing file structure.

Can u please give more details on this...
If the IDOC's are coming multiple times in a day say 100 times and each IDOC will have multiple IDOC's then what do u want...
I think u have to combile multiple IDOC's in source to a single IDOC and send at a time.. If not PI has to store these IDOC's and send them at the end of the day...
Please give exactly what u want to achieve...

Hi, I have an iPod Touch 5th generation.
I have a Windows XP computer.
I cannot update my version of iTunes.When I try, I get a message saying that the needed files are on a network resource that is not available.
This has happened before, but has been fixable, but.not by me..
Can I fix it myself? if so, how? I'd like to uninstall iTunes and reinstall it so I can update it.

It is HIGHLY reccomended that you install the drivers/needed files in the order listed above. Please note that there are two #5's because you either install one or the other depending on your video card, do not install both of them.
You will come across a problem here though. You can't install the chipset drivers without installing the Windows service pack and DirectX first, but the Windows service pack and DirectX installs need the internet to download files and you won't have working internet until you install the chipset drivers. Here's what I did to get around this. Instead of downloading the web install versions of Windows service pack and DirectX, download the full version and and put them along with all the other drivers on a backup hard drive or burn them to a CD, this way you will have all the drivers you need when it's time to install them and none of them will require the internet to download files.
Another note when installing drivers. Apparently the Nvidia chipset drivers also come with drivers for the onboard sound, but people seem to agree that the Realtek onboard sound drivers are better. When you are installing the Nvidia chipset drivers, just be sure to uncheck the box for sound drivers when it asks you which drivers you would like to install. Now you can safely install the Realtek drivers without any chance of conflicting sound drivers. Thanks for the tip Wonkanoby!

The installer still reccomends to install it beforehand for full USB 2.0 functionality... I would have put what you said in there but I wanted to keep it as simple as possible.
oh. IIRC the installer just says USB 2.0 will be fully functional after SP1 is installed. So after you install SP1 you go into device manager and u click update driver and it will auto search and update the driver.
Simplicity-wise, i guess its pretty much equal. It might take less preparation to just copy DX9 full onto a CD and install that first, then nforce driver, then right away you have yoru internet connection.
but i dunno.. i guess i will try it your way this time when my RMA"d board comes.
i will be fomratting and doing a fresh install later on today and will let you know if i come across any problems

A problem while implementing a file to file senario

     There is some problem while implement a file to file senario. the file couldn't be sent or recieved.
      and as I try to check Check the Sender File Adapter Status via
     Runtime Workbench -> Component Monitoring -> Communication Channel Monitoring ,
     It is found that Adapter Engine has error status with red light. Is it why the file couldn't be sent?
    Could you please tell me how to make Adapter Engine available?

What is the type of Business system is this. Standalone Java?
JPR can have problem if you have a business system thats not ABAP/Java type if this system is not having a SAP TS in landscape then create Java type.

I keep getting the error "zotero could not be installed because firefox cannot modify the needed file". Any suggestions on how to fix this?

After downloading Zotero (a plug in that is in theory custom-designed for firefox), I get an error message that says "zotero could not be installed because firefox could not modify the needed file". That's all the detail I have.

You get this error if you install an extension that needs to be unpacked in order to work properly, but this isn't happening. The default is to copy the file to the extensions folder and rename the file part to the ID of the extension.

You can try to set the extensions.alwaysUnpack pref(s) on the about:config page to true.
It is possible that there is a problem with the file(s) that store the extensions registry.

Error: "FT DeepDark 11.3.1 could not be installed because Firefox cannot modify the needed file." What does this mean?

In an earlier version (Firefox v.31) on this, and (presently) on two other PC's, I was/am able to run add-on FT DeepDark 11.3.1 without any problems. It was only recently - after updating to v.32.0.3 on this PC that this situation started. The PC in question is a Dell Dimension 8400 Intel P4 running Windows 7, though I'm thinking it may have something to do with the newer version of Firefox. Could anyone help me with this? I like this add-on because it is easier in my eyes when browsing the internet. Thanks
PS: Attempted to install the troubleshooter, and again I received a similar error: "Troubleshooter could not be installed because Firefox cannot modify the needed file."

Please read that bug I linked you to and let me know if the last comment in the bug solves your problem. Apparently the problem is about the addon .xpi file being read-only. Try right-clicking it, going to Properties and unchecking the "Read-only" attribute box at the bottom of the dialog. Click Apply, then OK.

i can't open itunes. says i need file MSVCR80.dll. then to get that file apple recomends uninstalling itunes and reinstalling itunes. i'd like to back up my library before i uninstall but i can't open it to backup without that file. help. please and thanks

Your library will not be affected during the reinstall.

Application cannot create needed files

I have searched under this heading but Firefox brought up 1000 articles and I gave up after going through 10 pages, as none seemed relevant.
I was trying to open my GIO "Virtual Safe" file, which allows me to list all my contents for insurance purposes, by where they are in the house and what category they fall into, and includes costs and photos, and also totals all entries to a final figure. I am sorry but I am not sure what type of file or program it is, but hopefully someone who sees this question will know "Virtual Safe". Anyway, I got a pop-up - "This application cannot start as it cannot create needed files. There may not be enough free disc space".
I don't see how the last sentence can apply, as I am only using about 140 GB on a 1 TB disc. Also, subsequent checks (see after this) make me question whether the problem is related to the Virtual Safe program at all.
A short time after this problem surfaced I received a pop-up to say that there was an update to Apache Open Office, which I downloaded. When I tried to open the application file to update Open Office I got a pop-up - "Error! Can't initialize plug-ins directory. Please try again later". I then searched and found the Mozilla help file "Re-initiallizing the plugins database", and other files as well, and followed their instructions. Firstly I changed all my plugins to "Never Activate" as suggested, but it made no difference. So I changed them all back to "Always activate".
I then deleted the pluginreg.dat file as suggested, but it made no difference, so I reinstated that.
By this time I began to wonder whether I would be able to open any application file, so out of interest I tried to open a few more application files from my downloads. None would open and I got various pop-up messages when I tried. For some reason they weren't all the same.
i.e. "Can not create temp folder archive"; and "Failed to download file"; and ""Setup was unable to create the directory "C:\Users\owner\AppData\Local\Temp\is-TTSU7.tmp". Error 5: Access is denied"".
Can anyone help me?

hey barry, when you google that error message, it seems to appear for all kinds of different software & it appears that it is caused by something corrupting the system environment. you might want to try the tip here: http://www.windowsbbs.com/windows-7/106826-adobe-reader-wont-install-windows-7-64-bit.html#post618612 or starting the system in safemode and scanning for malware. but again, any more detailed help regarding this issue is probably outside the scope of this forum :-/

When i try to add an add on that is supposed to be compatible I get a message that says it's not installed because firefox cannot modify a needed file

I just upgraded to FF 5.o. Many of my addons state that they are compatible, but when I try to install them, I press "install" then a message pops up saying that it can't be installed because FF cannot modify the needed file. How do I change this?

That probably means that the extension lacks the required <nowiki><em:unpack>true</em:unpack></nowiki> line in the file install.rdf to make sure that the file gets unpacked after installing.

Firefox 4 and later no longer unpacks an extension automatically, but renames the XPI file to the ID of the extension and copies that file to the extensions folder in the Firefox Profile Folder.
Try to set the Boolean pref extensions.alwaysUnpack to true on the about:config page.

you dnt have control fro r/3 to check if the IDOC is reached to XI then XI creates the file then update few thing...
make sure the IDOC is reached to XI using the port if IDOC is using some port...but if the file is getting places in server using AL11 you can check that....in your condition you can check if file is exist in the target folder thn update .....insead of checking if IDOC sent to XI--XI creating a file...i doubt you have that flexibility...lets wait for other reply what they have to say?
