thank you for your reply. I am using Internet Exp. 9 and McAfee software. It states it installs and when I open a video, receive message I need to upgrade. I followed the directions for 32 bit vs 64 bit. Adobe FP is under my programs????

That is not a feature of iPhoto - suggest to Apple - iPhoto Menu ==> provide iPhoto feedback.

I am having a probelem with one website saying it is unsecure and untrusted.Other people are not getting same message.I have tried everything.

I am having constant problems when trying to connect to www.pretty green.com.When going to check out it is telling me that the site is unsognes,unsecure and doesn't use encryption.Other people are not seeing this message.
I have tried everything from reinstalling firefox to disabling ad ons etc.
The website also say it is secure.

Thank you for the updates. Since the server seems to be set up correctly, the '''sec_error_unknown_issuer''' could indicate that your connection to the server is being intercepted.
One common reason for this is that you use software like avast! 2015, Kaspersky, ESET, or BitDefender that has a feature of scanning your web traffic for threats. Firefox might not be set up to work with that software. If this is the case, when you view the site's certificate in the Add Exception dialog or in another browser, it usually will say it was issued by your security software provider.
Another possible reason is a hijacked connection or malware.
To try to sort this out, on the error page, do you see a section at the bottom which says "I understand the risks" with an Add Exception button? If so, click Add Exception and then click "View" to view the certificate. You don't need to actually add an exception, it's better that you don't, but this is a way to see the certificate.
If you check the "Issued by" section, what do you see there? I have attached what I see in Firefox 37 for comparison. Also, does the certificate path (chain of trust) on the Details tab look like the attached?
If you can't use Add Exception for this, you can click the padlock in the address bar in a different browser and use its certificate viewer.

Help!! iTunes won't launch and I have tried EVERYTHING!!!

HELP!! I updated iTunes to 10 in December and ever since I can't get iTunes to launch. An hour glass will come up, then nothing. When I go into Processes, it doesn't show iTunes running. All it shows is iTuners Helper. I have tried EVERYTHING. I have uninstalled and reinstalled 100 times trying everything from uninstalling, running a virus scan then reinstalling to reinstalling an older version, to disabling Bonjour to uninstalling Quicktime. I have spent countless hours on message boards trying to solve this. Please someone offer some guidance or a different solution. It is getting really frustrating not being able to listen to music on my PC or being able to update my iPod. Thanks!

If you have and it didn't help, at least you should know if the problem is system wide, or confined to one account. This is an important first step.
Error message free launch failure can be tricky, and it is easiest if iTunes.exe persists on the processes tab as that means that iTunes is launching, but getting stuck.
If you watch the processes tab in Task Manager while launching iTunes, does iTunes.exe appear and then disappear, or does it never even appear?

Did you purchased the Full Perpetual License from Adobe for $149.00?, if so then what has happened is that you probably downloaded the Creative Cloud trial version which has now expired.
The license key for the perpetual version will not be accepted to activate the CC version.
Uninstall the existing Lightroom and then download the one available from the link below. The uninstall process will not affect your Catalog, Preferences or personal files but will just remove the application. Install the new download and you license key will be accepted.

Problem with method just cannot get it to work

hi. i got a problem in this part of my program. i am to read in a text file and store it in the arrys before printing it out.but i cannot get the file to be read into the array and to be printed out correctly.

You are using a class that was supplied by the teacher (FileIn). This is a class that none of us knows about. If it is small, it would be useful to post that as well.

Data merge with images! cannot get it to work

I have set up my spread sheet like i usually do for a data merge with an extra column for the images with i called '@images-
my images i named the following way
Macintosh HD:Users:myname:Desktop:test:imagesqrcode_AberdeenENG.png it didnt work
i tried
Users:myname:Desktop:test:imagesqrcode_AberdeenENG.png it didnt work
i tried with slashes
i placed the images in the same file as my in design file and just named it qrcode_AberdeenENG.png that still didnt work
doesn anyone out there have a solution

Try placing the images in the same folder as the source file (the .txt file).
Then you should just be able to use the exact name of the image (no path required).

I used my ipod as a hard drive to transfer my itunes to a new windows based (XP) laptop. I managed to tranfer my library successfully to itunes and at first my ipod was recognised in itunes. I have since downloaded some music from a cd but my ipod isn't recognised since in itunes and the new songs have not been transferred to my ipod. Furthermore i have an an exclamation mark on my ipod and reset it but now i have just a tick saying 'disc mode'. I have tried the latest updater but it won't let me update my ipod and i have also tried to reset my ipod and it won't allow me to do that either. I have checked my USB ports etc. I am now pulling my hair out... any good assistance will be appreciated, many thanks

Thanks for your e-mail, yes it's very frustrating.... ipod website doesn't really help.... let me know if you have any good ideas. I believe the problem started when I connected my ipod to my new pc before running the ipod software, maybe it's my own fault but there should be a way of resolving this problem. maybe I will re-install my ipod on my old computer and try again ???

Trying to update from 4.2.6 iPhone 4 with iTunes 10.2.2.14 - getting error 3194. Have tried everything suggested in the forums. Nothing works. Desperate for ideas.

For the past month I've been trying to update my iphone 4 (Verizon) from 4.2.6. I've got iTunes 10.2.2.14. My computer runs Windows XP.
When I try to update, I get a 3194 error message. I've tried everything that's been suggested in the forums here to fix this problem, including even uninstalling my antivirus, not just disabling it. Nothing works. I've tried resolving it through Apple Care, to no avail. Can someone please help me resolve this? This is a stock phone, it has not been jailbroken or customized. If you've resolved this yourself successfully, please let me know what you did to fix things. I'm stuck!

My key sounds and lock sounds no longer working, have tried everything!! Please help?

I have only had my iphone 4s for two months. The key sounds and lock sounds not working, happened after plugging it in for charging. It's all switched on in settings. Now it only vibrates when a message comes, or new mail etc, even though I have tones set it doesn't play them. I have done a full restore and hasn't worked either. I have also noticed the amount of power has disspeared (number) now too. What should I do? Thank you!
