I need my AVG and am reluctant to update to the new Firefox until you guys get it sorted out. When can I expect that to clear up????

I keep getting a notice that my Firefox is not 'safe' and i should update, but I need my AVG and you folks don't seem to have it cleared to operate with the upgrade. Some help here?

It is up to AVG to make whatever extension it is you are wanting compatible with the latest release...

I have many open tabs of tasks that I need to attend to or need readily available all the time.

Right-click one of those Tabs and select '''Bookmark All Tabs...'''. That way if anything happens to those tabs you can reload them all by a right-click on the folder that those tabs were saved to and using '''''Open All in Tabs'''''.

It sounds like you are wanting to update the Apps that were synced over from your computer to your new iPhone 5s. If you are clicking Updates in the App Store in the bottom right corner, would you mind clarifying what happens when you are trying to update them?

The green arrows for page forward or back at the top left under File and Edit disappeared after I downloaded the new Firefox toolbar (for 3.6) and were replaced by Most Visited, Getting Started and Latest headlines Icons, which I have little use for. How do I get the Original Toolbar back?

How can i restore the ui and speed of 3.6 to the newer firefox

I have attempted to update firefox to newer versions when they come out however since the revamp on the UI all of the "Upgrades" have felt more like downgrades and i end up going back to 3.6. I guess my question is is it possible to add the newer web implementations (I.E. html5 support etc.) into te older package. i have seen the posts on makeing the new firefoxes look like the old one. they still dont look right. but even more inportantly they dont run right. the majority of my addons are not compatable and the "newer" browsers feel very slow in comparison

There's an add-on called FEBE, and it allows you to export pretty much anything that Firefox offers (including add-ons) into installable .xpi files.
So, basically, you can take the extensions range and export them into another Firefox profile.

Updated to the new firefox 4.0. completely screwed up comp. Had to pay to have an old firefox reinstalled, trying to uninstall extensions and add ons but am unable to do it from the add ons and extension screen. need help

I keep selecting the uninstall button on the screen but the restart firefox now button only comes up every once in awhile. I've restarted firefox several times but the addons and extensions are still there with the options of disabling or uninstalling available for selection. All extensions and addons worked just fine before upgrading to 4.0. Am really frustrated and disappointed with Mozilla Firefox because of this situation.

Forget about getting Win 10 via Windows Update. You can download the Build 10041 ISO from this Official download site:

Make sure you select the correct bit version, i.e. 32-bit or 64-bit. Language is your choice.
Once you have the ISO downloaded and saved to your computer, you have 2 options :
1. Burn the ISO to a bootable DVD or a USB with at least 4GB of capacity. Then you can use it to do a clean install.

2. You can just go to the location where the ISO file is stored > right
click at it > click Mount > click Setup.exe.
The system will start installing.
After you have build 10041 installed and you have set to Fast ring, you will be offered the latest build 10049.
NOTE : Before you do one of the above, I would suggest that you do NOT install Win 10 TP over your Win 8.1. It would be better if you selected one of the following methods of installing Win 10 TP:
1. Dual boot Win 8.1 and Win 10 TP.
2. Install Win 10 TP on a virtual machine.
The advantage of the above 2 methods is that you have 2 operating systems in your computer. You can choose which one to use any time. If you dislike Win 10 TP, you can simply remove it with couple of clicks. It's that simple to remove, and you have your Win
8.1 like nothing has ever happened.

There is no way to forecast if your pre-order will ship sooner than estimated, but if it does you will be able to tract it using the order status page you've been using.

Help! I have updated to the new firefox and can't find the toolbar or my bookmarks. I have fixed Norton 360 like the articles said but this has not helped. Any suggesitons? Thank you!

I have set my homepage to ATT but the toolbar and my previous bookmark list is missing. I can't pull up the toolbar. I have read the troubleshooting page but it does not give me an answer. There is a OneClickdigital ereader available in the App Store. Download that to your iPod to read pdfs and books from the library. And you might need to download the OneClickdigital eaudio player to listen to audiobooks from the library. Once both are downloaded sync you iPod again to transfer them.

I am about to download FireFox. I need the Firefox 3 version to run a certain programme. The new Firefox version 4 doesn't work apparently. How can I just download Version 3 not version 4.
