I need to get email address problem fixed

I married in November 2011 and contacted BT to get primary email address changed to my new married name, I thought this would be pretty straight forward but instead of changing my primary email address, a new account was set up with a new primary email address however all my services are still with my old primary email address. I really want to get this sorted and have my married email address as my main address and all my services under this one as opposed to the old one. Please can you help?

Hi,
If you are the BT account holder & know your account number & some security details, the quickest way might be to call BT on the number below. They will require some security info along with your BT account number.
They can reset your password to a simple one and talk you through changing it to a more secure one once logged in via webmail access.
They may ask for remote access to your computer but you are at liberty to decline this!

Have you reset the password recently for the email account?
A real simple fix usually is to delete the mail account (settings < mail contacts calendars, tap the affected account and choose delete at the bottom) Then re add the account.

Need powershell commands to get email addresses from public folder created in EAC to CSV
1. Created Public folders via EAC - not mail enabled - just to hold contacts.
2. Assigned owners and showed to add new contacts - then add to favorites and finally to display as address book.
Now I need a powershell command to get those email contacts in those public folders.
I need to view them because when we send emails to those groups (via select all) in the public folders, it is creating an NDR for 3 users saying - "..blah blah -OFFICE FAX or HOME FAX) - yet they are getting the emails.
I suspect that their contact details are corrupt somehow and want to see what contacts are actually listed in the public folders. I already checked to see if the source of the contacts was the public folder or "my contacts" and they are not.'
I have tried multiple get recipient commands and get public folder commands with no results in the CSV

The only way to get that data is either via the Outlook com object or using EWS. None of the commands in the Exchange shell look inside of a folder, the most you can get with those is email addresses for mail-enabled Public folders. Here is a link that can
get you started with how to connect to public folders via EWS, then its just enumerating the folders and looping through the items in the folders for the details of the items.

I'm afraid you can't do this. Once you've chosen the main @icloud.com address when you set up the account you can't change it (other than by creating a completely new account); and you can't make an alias the main address in the account it's in or any other account.

HELP - email address problem - need to reset a variable

I created a form that will be submitted to certain different email addresses based on an option selected from a drop-down list (named Customer).
I tried another script posted here, but that was based on the assumption that there was only one choice per email address in the list.
I wrote this on the change event of my list. I want the variable "emailAddress" to adopt the correct email address, based on the value of the option selected from the list:

I think your javascript syntax is problematic. Instead of the syntax
if (Customer.rawValue = "3"|"4"|"7")
try
if (Customer.rawValue == "3"|"4"|"7")
Note the double equals sign. That's the equality comparison operator in javascript. The single equals is assignment.
if that still doesn't work, try
if ((Customer.rawValue == "3") || (Customer.rawValue == "4") || (Customer.rawValue == "7"))

Getting rid of old email address problem

I have updated a friends email address in Address Book and deleted her older address. However when I'm in the mail client and go to type her name if defaults to her older address that I deleted! I can still get the new address by scrolling down but I want the older address gone period. Why is it still showing up if I deleted it?

while in Mail go to window menu->previous recipients and remove the old address from it.

I just used the "find my apple id" and it has an id to my old email address problem is when i try to login to hotmail with that account it says the email address doesn't exist..and this is affecting my application updates and purchases.

Please help!
I dont know how the email address doesnt exist and how it can still be an apple id but not let my access my purchases or update old appplications

The problem is that i have 2 apple Id's now and i used on to purchase my macbook pro a few years back and then i created a new one for my new macbook.. i was trying to update my iphoto and imovie but it kept saying i couldnt update it as it was purchased under a different id, and seeing though i cant get into my old account i cant update what i need to. i know the password for the old one as my brother still uses it but it wont work now as hotmail says the email doesnt exist.
in saying that i dont think i can get into the old account and change the email address

I've had my 8330 (service provider: Bell Canada) since the Spring and yesterday I recieved a message saying:
"SUBJECT: Action Required: Validate Password
Validate the password for (myemail) in the BlackBerry Internet Service! Email messages from (my email) are not being delivered to your BlackBerry device. To resume receiving email messages from this email address, validate the password for (my email) in the BlackBerry Internet Service:
1. Open your BlackBerry Internet Service account by completing one of the following actions
     * On the Home screen, click the Setup icon and click Email Accounts or Email Settings
     * Using a browser on your computer, visit the BlackBerry Internet Service Web Site
2. Go to the Email Accounts page
3. Edit (my email)
4. Type password
5. Click Save"
I went through the Setup icon on my phone and went to Email Accounts. It says my email is invalid but there's a "Validate" button. I click that and it asks for my email password. I type it in and click enter and it says that my email is now validated. But I'm still not getting emails to my phone. I have no idea what could have prompted this, and I really don't know how to fix it!
Can someone please help me? I'm so confused!

I have a bought a IPhone 4S and I wanted to sign up for itunes. I have done everything. A verification mail is sent by apple but when I linked to the web site given and write my ID (I think it is my mail) and password, I got a message "This email address is already in use or you may already have an Apple ID associated with this email address. Please try again or sign in using your existing Apple ID."
I cannot install sth without it please help me what can I do for overcome this problem

I see by your post that you would like to delete email addresses from the scanner list. I would like to help.
Print a configuration page to get the printer's IPv4 address. Printing a Network Configuration Page.
Access the Embedded Web Server for the printer. Type the IP address into your web browser's address bar.
Click on the Scan tab, Scan to email on the left side of the window, select Scan to address book.
Check the email that you would like to remove and click delete.

Advising record (ADV - HSBC form) in DME file could not get email address

Dear all,
I have problems with DME file that Advising record could not get email that is maintained in vendor master data.
Standard communication methods in vendor master data must be Emails.
We use exit module to get this email for below fields:
Email chnl se. flag
Email address
T-code DMEE -> Advising record
(Attributes tab: Mapping procedures is Exit module.
Source tab: value was entered for Exit function)
We test once and got the expected result: email shown on DME file, in advising record.
However, as I rechecked recently, we have no email shown (though Constant value 'ADV' shown).
The form is active by the way.
I do not know if I miss anything in configuration.
Please advise.

How get email address from received email?

In the old days, like 6 months ago, I could depend on being able to salvage an intended recipient's email address from a note they sent to me. Just click on the name in a received email, then open a "new" email under that address, bang out the message, and send it. Not any more. How do I do it? This seems like a really stupid change. Why does it require complication?

There are several ways. First is to double click the message and the message should appear on-screen with the complete address. Next is you will see a small down arrow like in my example below, click it and you will get the info you need.
