I need to restore a calendar to my iPad. I checked Itunes but the iPad is not listed as I ahave never sync'd it before. I do have iCloud but not sure how to access to sync. Thanks for any help.

A movie I bought a while ago will no longer play, instead it just shows a black screen and no audio. All of the other movies in my library play fine. Any ideas as to whats going on or how to fix it? Thanks for any help.

I cannot use a website I need to use, with Firefox 5.0. So, I need to uninstall and go back to 3.5 or 3.6. Please advise. Also, my control panel locks up since Windows Explorer has pbms. Which is why I am using Firefox instead. Thanks for any help!

Connect the iPod to its syncing computer and restore via iTunes. If iTunes asks for the passcode and you can't enter the passcode or if yu do not have the syncing computer, place the iPod in recovery mode and then restore, For recovery mode see:

Once 10.9.1 is loaded onto my MacBook Pro and it has accessed all my files; is there anyway to back out of the relationship? I don't want my data on iCloud - how do I make that happen? Many thanks for any help.

My wife and I each have our own email address and calendar. These are on one IPad. The Ipad has a single ICloud account.
What's the best way to backup both Calendars, etc? Does ICloud automatically back up every account on the same IPad? (I checked ICloud, but I could only find my stuff.)

AlanFirst, you need to understand that there's a difference between "syncing" and "backup". Backup is the saving of content and settings, where syncing is the bidirectional transfer of content for an account to a web-based server (like iCloud, Gmail, Yahoo, etc.)
If you see your calendar in your iCloud account, that implies that you have set up your iCloud account to host (sync) your calendar, and perhaps contacts, email, and notes. An iCloud account can only sync one user's information at a time so it is intended to support a single user. You can have more than one iCloud account, and you can even have more than one iCloud account on the same device (but one has to be primary, and the secondary iCloud has limited capabilities), but a single iCloud account only supports a single user's content.
Backup is the saving of your device's content and settings to use in case you need to recover these things, but you can't see the contents of your backup (just the size and device name). You can backup more than one device to iCloud and you can backup to iCloud or you can backup to your computer, or both (one at a time though, you have to choose).
So, if your wife has her own email and calendar she can certainly do that in parallel to whatever account(s) you have for email and calendar. But if you have only one iCloud account then only one of you can use it for email, calendar, etc. But the backup of these accounts is really just a backup of the device's settings that link the device to these accounts. For example, if she uses Gmail then the backup of the iPad only backs up the fact that your iPad is set up to use her account, it does not backup the account itself (the content of her account is saved and preserved on Google's servers, not your device's backup).

When I first turn on my computer and click Safari, a blank page appears. I use to have MY MSN as the opening page on Safari. Don't know what happened, but how do I restore it back to the way it was? I had a 640GB HDD in my Early 2008 Macbook and it was just too much it would always freeze up the computer a bit for only a few seconds but ya. Then I realized that it was the size of the HDD that was causing it since the Early 2008 Macbook models can only handle a MAX od 500GB while the Early 2008 Macbook Pros could have a MAX of 640GB (Lucked out there!) lol But ya the Early 2008 Mocbooks can only handle a MAX HDD size of 500GB and that's it!! lol

I have an old iMac for 2002....it's the rounded type that has an attached monitor. The software is way outdated (OS X 10) and I only really use now to access 3,000 plus songs and old video of the family. Both the keyboard and mouse no longer work. Am I able to use any keyboard/mouse and plug in using USB? Thanks for any help!
Most any USB mouse or keyboard should work. Borrow one if you can and just plug it in.
If the USB circuits are at fault then you can access via Firewire Target Mode with another Mac in order to get at the files.

I have an Intel iMac running OSX 10.6.8. I would like to use Final Cut Pro 10.1. I know I need OSX 10.9 for this. Can I run both 10.6.8 and 10.9 on the iMac ? I do not want to convert completely to 10.9 because of my existing software. Thanks for any help
It would depend on how old your IMac is, how mush memory you have, it it can be upgraded by OWC, etc. I have a 2006 Macbook Pro and would NOT put Mavericks on it or espeacially FCP 10.1.1 on it because the most memory it can have is 4 GB. You need at least 8 GB to work with Final Cut Pro 10.1.1. IMHO.
I would try to find a copy of Final Cut Express perhaps.
