New to FF-consul errors-need to talk with someone for help PLEASE
I am brand new to computer and to Mozilla FF.Total i rec'd about 60 error msg ERROR CONSOL. There are so many,I don't know what you need. I use FF 3.6.10 updated 10/1/10. I updated Adobe Flash to 10,0 on 9/29/10. I see that Adobe crashed. I do not understand anything you've provided to fix this, I'm new, do not understand the computer language. I REALLY want to speak live to a real person. I cannot get thru to Chat. Can you please please help me? Either give me a phone number other than clicking Chat, or I can give you my number. I'm seriously afraid.
You can ignore (CSS) errors in the Tools > Error Console.
Those errors are only useful if you develop websites and want to check the HTML/CSS and JavaScript code for errors.
Most errors are code for other browsers like IE or browsers on other platforms or just typos or the result of bad coding.
Do you have a problem with Firefox or specifically with the Flash plugin?
If it is with the Flash plugin the try to disable OOPP (Out-Of-Process-Plugins)

Until yesterday, I had Premier and a basic Creative Cloud account with only Photoshop and Lightroom. In an effort to combine these into one Creative Cloud service and get access to the rest of the suite, I upgraded the Premiere product to Creative Cloud at the $49.99 price level. Now, it appears I have two Creative Cloud accounts and will be charged $49.99 or one and $9.99 for the other.
Is this is what will happen or do I need to cancel the one that has only Photoshop and Lightroom?

Use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot.
If you have made changes to Advanced font settings like increasing the minimum/default font size then try the default minimum setting "none" and the default font size 16 in case the current setting is causing problems.

I began getting popups for Microsoft malware alerts/Mackeeper zeobits/and othe ads. I am on a Mac OS 8.5.
I downloaded virus protection, adware protection and ran them all and got nothing. Then I got a phoney call from the "microsoft technicians, so called Applecare and they told me what files to search for if it was Safari and suggested I contact Firefox. In what way did you buy your iPhone? If you paid full price at the Apple Store then your phone should be provider unlocked and should work with practically any SIM card you choose to insert in it. If you bought it cheaper with a contract then it's provider locked then your best bet is to call your cellular provider in Canada. Be sure to note your IMEI number (Settings > General > About) as they're going to need it to do an unlock. Be aware they may or may not charge for this.
