to be able to use an App store from another country you require an address in that country and credit card in that country. You can set up an account without a credit card though

I downloaded the Keynote app to use on my iPad and because of iCloud, it is trying unsuccessfully to download onto my iPhone. How can I get it to stop attempting to download onto my iPhone? It says waiting and I can't delete it (no X to click). Thx!
Did you try shutting down the device? Resetting? Disabling iCloud? Disabling auto-update?
I'd find the problem that is keeping the download from proceeding and fix that so that the process can finish...sounds like it may be your connection or a server issue, in which case you may need to wait. -
For some apps it seems impossible to determine the price before, or even after, installing them. How can I get round this?
Can you be clearer about what you're seeing? The price should be clearly stated up front... Is that not the case? Note that there may be additional taxes that will increase the final price, and that can't be included in that up-front listed price, since taxes are different everywhere.

You must have a verified billing address & be located in the country whose store you are trying to use. -

If the anti virus, or you for that matter, end the conversation a few seconds early that hand off does not occur and the popstate is not stored. -

I have some problems to get the App Store on my mac. Every time when I do a Software Update, there is no App Store to download.

SmettSkyAs you have 10.5.8 you need to upgrade to at least 10.6.6 to get the App Store as this was the 1st version it came with.
A workaround is to get a friend who has 10.6.6 or better to download Lion for you without installing it. You can create an App Store account on the friend's computer I think to do this. Copy the Lion installer from that computer to a USB stick or burn it to DVD and you should be able to install it on your own computer, I think. You might have to create an empty partition on your own computer first for Lion installation as I'm not sure that it will install over Leopard. -
