I don't think you understood the question. I am having the exact same issue. I open a link in a new tab or window, for example: https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/backforedrop/
When the new tab opens, I click on "reviews" to open the link: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/backforedrop/#reviews in the existing tab because I want to see the reviews for this feature. After I read the reviews, I want to go back to the main link, but the back button on my browser is greyed out, as though I was never even on the previous page. So my options are 1) Open every link I ever click on in a new tab or window, or 2) Hope the website is user friendly and attempt to navigate back to the previous page using links inserted on the current page.
You never realize how frustrating not having back button is until it happens.

Try this.
Check the outgoing mail server setting. Make sure that your username and password are in there.
Settings>Mail, Contacts, Calendars>Your email account>Account>Outgoing mail server - tap the server name next to SMTP and check in the primary server and make sure your username and password are entered and correct - even if it says that the password is optional.

You can change this if you don't mind peeking under the covers into Firefox's about:config preferences editor.
(1) In a new tab, type or paste about:config in the address bar and press Enter. Click the button promising to be careful.
(2) In the filter box, type or paste newtab and pause while the list is filtered
(3) Double-click the browser.newtab.url preference and enter the desired value:
(i) Page thumbnails (default)
browser.newtab.url = about:newtab
(ii) Blank tab
browser.newtab.url = about:blank
(iii) Built-in Firefox home page

In Windows 7 document printing the "Properties" button does not open the print selection list.

New computer OS is Windows 7. Old computer OS was Windows XP.
HP Officejet 4500 Wireless Printer G510n-z printed documents as I chose using the Porperties button on the old system. Under the new system the Properties button does nothing and I must print using "general printing" instead of the setting I wish to use. How can it be fixed?

When something works one day, but not the next, then something has changed. The fonts issue is an easy one, but with no new ones, then it is possible that one, or more, of the installed fonts has become corrupted.
While fonts are not the only possibility, they ARE a common problem. Titler is very sensitive to fonts, either corrupt ones, or badly written ones, that are not exactly "corrupt."

On Firefox 4, the back button does not work on a new browsing tab or window.

Ever since I installed Firefox 4, I have noticed a problem that was not present with the previous version of Firefox. Whenever I open up Firefox and enter in a new web address, I cannot use the back arrow to go back to my original homepage; the arrow is ghosted out. The same problem exists when I open up a new browsing tab. Let me explain with an example. I open up my browser, and then I open a new tab (now there are two tabs open). In the new tab I type www.espn.com. Then I click on a link on espn.com. Say then I want to go back to the espn.com homepage that I just previously visited. I can't do it by clicking the back arrow; it's ghosted out. I have to physically type the address again (www.espn.com). Why has this changed? Is there a way to fix it? Why can't I just click the back arrow to go back to the espn.com homepage that I typed in originally (or my original homepage if I opened up a new window instead of a tab)? Oddly enough, if I go one link deeper into the espn.com site, I can then go back to the immediately preceding webpage, but not all the way back to the original espn.com homepage.
I can't stand IE, but it doesn't have this problem. This problem also was not present on the old version of Firefox. I just verified this by testing the old version which I have installed on another computer.
Please advise.

The application Contacts does not allow me to add a New Contact

After adding a New Contact I suddenly discovered that once closed and reopened the Contacts application did not retain it. I then repeated the procedure three times. Yes, I remembered to click on Done after completing the entry.

I followed your instructions and deleted only the first which matched your suggestion, but I'm wondering what the other two are. By deleting the first item and then reopening Contacts, I was able to add a New Contact AND retain it!
All entries had been deleted, so of course, I simply imported the saved archive. I'm puzzled why it is that Apple uses the term "AddressBook" in Application Support when the application is now called "Contacts."

HT201436 voice mail management is really bad with the newer version of software for my iPhone5 my old version deleted VMs instantly but now my phone freezes up and at times the delete button does not work until i set the phone aside for up to a minute.

VMs would delete instantly. with my iPhone 5 7.0.4 software ver the first one or two delete immediately then the phone freezes up for several seconds making the process frustrating. I am wondering if either I am doing something wrong or if there is a fix out there. its a giant step backwards for Apple.

Try:
- Reset the iPod. Nothing will be lost

least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Reset all settings

Why, after pasting a weblink into my emails and sending them it does not allow you to click on them to open directly to the website? (It just started doing that)

When I copy and paste the weblink to a particular website I wish to paste into an email I'm sending it just pastes it in 'black & white' and after I send it it will not allow you to open it up in the email...It does not create a 'weblink.' You have to copy and paste the link into the address toolbar and then hit enter. Then it will take you to the weblink.

To do this in iMovie 11. use the SHARE menu. Share your project using the Share menu and choose Export Using QuickTime.
In the Dialog box that comes up, choose Sound to AIFF, or one of the other sound options. This will create a file that you can drag into iTubes.
