It seems to depend on a variety of different things.
Verizon appears to be going by the process time of orders, and not the order time of orders. Your process time will be the timestamp on your confirmation email.
It also depends on which model, GB, and color you ordered. The 6+ were in high demand and low supply.
It also depends on which warehouse (order location) your order was being processed through. Verizon reps have told me that some warehouses have more of certain phones than others, and if your order went to a warehouse that doesn't have enough of that particular phone then you are SOL and will have to back for a backdated order.
There is a possibility you will get it, but if you ordered any of the 6+ models, then it is unlikely.

Hi, Yes you are correct in iPhoto Prefernces, Advanced tab editing I used to have iPhoto and "Use external editor.". It changed to iPhoto and iPhoto Library. I have einstaleed PSE 9 and downloaded the update. There is still no lkink to external editor in the drop down box. Have I done something wrong inadvertently or is there a clitch? can you reinstal iPhoto. I am new to Macs. I tried it and nothing changed. Even when I right click on an indiviual image all it does is duplicate it. Same thing here. I love how they include this nice and easy to follow guide in the box and the KEY step for activation (the phone call) is a total fail. To verizon: the automated just says Terms and Conditions have been accepted for this number. Press 1 to enter another phone number in the order. Well, I HAD NO other phone number in my order. The message gives no other options. She repeats the same line 3 more times and after the 3rd time, it says please hold while we transfer you, call may be monitored etc. Guess what, its 2 am ET and customer service is closed?

Audiobooks are not part of icloud and cannot be redownloaded.
You can try contacting itunes support and asking for an exception.

whatever support page i look at and follow all the commands i cannot get it to be seen in itunes. i even tryd to reinstall the shuffle
with the ipodshuffle restore app and the ipod restore app but still no luck. does anybody have any idea how to fix this problem.
the issue exist on three different macs and thee different os x verslons and all have the latest itunes 12.01.

pc and device for 20 minutes
enter DFU mode on your ipod
if it is jailbroken make an restore

If you are unable to reset the iPod (assuming the hold switch is not in the On position either), then you'll have to let the iPod's battery fully drain. Then connect it to a charger and leave it to charge for a couple of hours.

Try the following:
In Finder, select the problematic volume and then press command-I.
Expand the Sharing & permissions section if it's collapsed.
If the section is locked, then unlock it by pressing the padlock button and then authenticating as directed.
Tick/check Ignore ownership on this volume.

It appears that this is due to firmware corruption and you can fix it by using the micro USB cable and hooking it to iTunes. I have not tried it yet but supposedly several people were able to resolve their problem this way. If you do try it, let me know. I don't have the cable at this time.
