I ordered the full creative cloud on sunday and received an order number but still can't open any of the programs. When i check the status of my order online, it says it can't find it. Is this normal after 3 days? I tried asking in a chat window instead of the forum but no one answered and after about ten minutes my screen restarted and closed the chat window down. It seems a little frustrating not knowing what happened to my order and not being able to contact anyone. Is all this usual with Adobe or are they just having technical problems this week?

I updated the photography plan to full creative cloud suite but can't access any of the full creative cloud apps

I had a prepaid photography plan for a couple of months and then decided to upgrade to the full creative cloud suite because I needed more apps. However, I just updated today and I still don't see all of the apps. I changed my card from one I had used previously to a different one, so I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it not working yet.

This is my current view of the Creative Cloud program.
For some reason Premiere CS6 was available but I cannot find the app anywhere on my computer after downloading. It says it is functioning in creative cloud but I cannot find it. So I tried to uninstall it, but it's not working. Audition CS6 was able to download from the Creative Cloud without any issues but shouldn't it be CC not CS6? Also I need After Effects as well but I can't find that. The InDesign CS6 was a physical disc copy I had from before with a license.

Can I switch from the full creative cloud package to just photoshop and illustrator.

I bought the full creative cloud package for my girlfriend as a Christmas present, but she only uses photoshop and illustrator. Can I switch plans?

It sounds like an issue of trying to run XI on VISTA. That combination does not work. Info on both the Acrobat full version (including sub-version) and OS would help. It might also be an issue of running 11.0.0 on a system that needs the updates to work.

If you updated your existing account then try logging out of it on the iPhone by tapping on the id in Settings > iTunes & App Stores and then log back in and see if that 'refreshes' the account on the iPhone. If you created a new account then any content that you purchased/downloaded via the old account will remain tied to that old account, and only that old account can download updates to its apps.

What version of iPhoto and system are you running? On the guess that you're running the latest iPhoto, 9.4.2, Try the following:
1 - launch iPhoto with the Command+Option keys held down and rebuild the thumnails, Option #2.
2 - It may take 2-3 attempts so don't give up after only one attempt.

I'm looking to upgrade from single app. membership to full Creative Cloud membership. It's not clear whether this is charged out monthly or a lump sum payment at the beginning?

If you look at the plans page you will see what is available in terms of charges. Since it can vary depending on where you are in the world, I can only describe what I see...

Security Update 2007-004: can't open any MS Office programs & files.

I installed update this morning. Since then, I can't open any MS Office files and even programs. When I clicks the prograqms, it is jumping with icon but the program is not started (still Finder window).
Do you have any similar experience and know how to fix this?
Is this MS Office problem or OX security Update problem, or two jsut crashed?
I realy want to fix this because I usuaally work with Word/Exel/Power Point fimes. I appreciate your effort to read and thanks in advance.

Have just found this discussion group and now feel less incompetent. Have been unable to open any Office 2004 for Mac programmes for just over a week, and now cannot open the only other non Mac programme I have installed, which was working fine before (the Inland Revenue payroll software programme). Cannot get at half my archived e-mails which were in Entourage, although I also use .mac for my work e-mails which is fine. Have downloaded a demo spreadsheet programme to tide me over, and moved to using ilife which is good. But all the same - what is happening, and how can this be fixed? And if its happening to lots of us, surely either apple or Microsoft should give us a fix??
by the way, I am a new mac user, since May, and an enthusiastic convert until now!

Can't open any user manuals in FCS 2 from the help menu.

I just installed FCS 2 and I can't open any of the user manuals in any of FCS 2 apps. from the help menu. They are listed in the resources folder under the content folder so I know that they're there. Any ideas how to fix this?

Can't open any of my programs since installing Firefox

Since I just installed Foxfire to get rid of Avast I can't open any of my Office 10 programs. There have been others too...some of Windows, etc. I can go into documents and open Word, Excel but don't have anything in there to open Outlook which is critical for me to be able to get in it.

I can't open any of my programs

When I turn my laptop on, it takes a long time to boot and when it does, even though I can move my cursor around, I can't open any of the programs. I couldn't even turn it off properly. I had to just shut it down by holding the power button. Any suggestions? I'm really frustrated.
BTW, it started happening when I was using my Verizon Wireless USB device. The program went haywire and wouldn't shut down.

How old is the MacBook?

I bought Creative Cloud several years and computers ago. Am I still able to upgrade my programs to a new computer?

My current computer (I'm running a MacBook Pro v 10.9.5) does not have any of the programs installed and I no longer have the original discs from the store. Am I able to purchase an upgrade under these conditions or do I have to buy it all over again?

It doesn't sound like you purchased Creative Cloud if you had discs. Creative Cloud is only available thru download... it is a subscription software service, not licensed software like you would get with discs.
As far as getting an upgrade goes, what did you have and what are you planning to upgrade to? Creative Suite products (licensed) are still being sold (Creative Suite 6) but upgrades can only be made from CS5+ and Creative Cloud subscription plans can be found ala Creative Cloud pricing and membership plans | Adobe Creative Cloud... There is a plan with an introductory discount to upgrade from CS to CC

Try to rename the file cert8.db to cert8.db.old in the Firefox Profile Folder to remove all intermediate certificates that Firefox has stored by visiting secure websites.<br />
If that helped to solve the problem then you can remove the renamed file cert8.db.old unless you have user certificates that you may want to export first and import them in the new file.<br />
Otherwise you can restore the certificates by renaming (copying) the file back to cert8.db<br />
Firefox will automatically store new intermediate certificates when you visit websites that send them.<br />
