I paid for a one year membership and after a month my software notices me that trial is over
I bought a one year membership for Photoshop CC and Lightrrom and even though I received an e-mail that confirms my payment, after a month I cannot use these software because 'I have to renew my membership'.
When I try costumer service, I cannot call or chat to solve this issue.

I've paid for a one year membership but Adobe is still saying I'm on a trial.
I paid for a membership 27 June 2014. I still get the Adobe Manager coming up and asking if I want to continue the trial or license the software.
I thought it would stop after a while but now I can't get into Photoshop because it's saying my trial has expired and is requesting a serial number.

Photoshop Photography which is expired
Creative Cloud Complete (annual) which is active
Creative Cloud free membership which is active as well!
I tried to use Lightroom mobile on my iPhone but I'm getting the same error (Subscription expired). I contacted Adobe chat and they are unable to solve the problem even after transferring the conversation to the technical team. My Cloud storage is 2 GB instead of 20 GB. I'm really disappointed with creative cloud. I really need this issue to be solved as soon as possible and your support is much appreciated. -
I paid for a one year subscription to "the daily" and after 6 days I was notified my subscription had expired. The Daily support does not respond. How can I resolve this?

Your subscription was started on Mar 27, 2014 and ended on Mar 27, 2015. Since then no new renewal has happened.
If you have received a new code from your college then please visit https://creative.adobe.com/redeem to start your membership again.

My VISA Debit card payment used to be successful 3-4 months back. It's been failing ever since. I have upgraded my card and want to update my payment details. However, the one year membership on my account reads 'expired' even though it has been only 6 months since I purchased.

What was the $260 for? Why do I have to pay more money to get Photoshop CC?If you purchased a one year subscription for the price you mention then that is all you will need to pay for it. It is possible you downoloaded the wrong file for initiating the subscription. If you contact Adobe support they should be able to help you work thru this. Since it is the weekend you might have to wait to get their attention.

I signed on for a chat with someone, waited 15 minutes and then it closed with no one appearing and is now telling me to quit my browser and start again which I do not want to do as I have a load of windows open I need to keep available
Well guess I will try another chat window and see if that closes before anyone answers me and forces me to close my browser

Hi, my current plans and products include Creative Cloud Photography plan (one-year) and Creative Cloud single-app membership for Photoshop (one-year), I only use photoshop occasionally and for very basic things, are these two plans required for basic photoshop use or am I able to go with one or the other ?
PS is part of the photography plan, so your single app plan is redundant.

What MAY work is to go to the credit card page and do an update of your card information... even if it is the same information, that MAY trigger a payment
