    If you have more than one email, are you sure you are using the correct Adobe ID?

    Cloud programs do not use serial numbers... you log in to your paid Cloud account to download & install & activate... you MAY need to log out of the Cloud and restart your computer and log back in to the Cloud for things to work

    I just purchased Creative Cloud Photography plan, but I can not open my photoshop program, I didn't notice that I should wait about 15 minutes to get the subscription works.
    So I purchase again the same subscription. Now I have double subscription for Creative Cloud Photography plan. I want to cancel one.

    Its settled now, and i already charged double for same software.
    I call the customer support, send them a message many times, and my request status is WITHDRAWN because
    "Your support case was cancelled because we did not receive a response
    from you"
    How come you guys cant solve this kind of problem?

  • I have paid for Creative Cloud membership Photographers Plan but only 2gb storage is showing in my apps

    Why is only 2gb Storage showing for my Creative Cloud account when I have paid for the Photography plan and should be entitled to 20gb?

    The new Creative Cloud Photograph plan and Photoshop Photography Program are two different plans with different entitlements. The Photoshop Photography Program was a limited time offer and the Creative Cloud Photography plan is a permanent offering.
    Why are the offerings in Creative Cloud Photography plan different from the Photoshop Photography Program? For example, the new plan has 2 GB of storage when PPP offered 20 GB. Also, the original PPP offering provided users with a Behance pro membership, which CCP does not.
    Are you sure you do have the old program? Can you check on your order...

    I own small company and we have some basic use of Photoshop. I am planning to buy creative cloud photography plan. Can I use creative cloud photography plan for commercial purpose?

    By using it for your own profession to be used only by you, you can choose between any option but to get the CC used by your staff or other member of the organisation, Team needs to be used.
    If you are using the retail for your own profession then you get 20GB or 2gb as per the individual plan purchased where as CCT with single seat with provide you access with 100GB of storage space.

    I have a laptop with a Windows operating system (not lucky enough to have a Mac) and as far the Adobe version, it's the plan for 9.99 that Adobe is offering.   I was under the impression that the Creative Cloud Photography Plan included Photoshop and Lightroom, the latest versions of both, because that's what it said when I purchased it.  I'm sorry my information is too limited or not detailed but, it's a pretty basic concern.
