can i get a download to reboot my i pod

To reboot the iPod, you dont need any download.
After charging till full charge, at least 2 hours (preferably 4 hours)
Toggle the Hold switch, make sure you dont see the red mark when you do the next step
Reset the iPod -> Press Menu and Center button simultaneously for about 10 secs or till the Apple Logo comes ON
Then release the buttons
Select your preferred language.

But your issue is getting error messages, while syncing, what are the specific error message, it would help in trouble shooting, or else it like e-mailing your mechanic and telling them, there is something wrong with the car.

why open another Task for the same question?
Your question is a little to wide open - unfortunately. As I said in the other blog - have a lock into the general TCP/IP settings. Is standard WWW browsing possible? Can you reach the NWA page from Toughbook?
And as my previous workmatre said - check the log please and send us the relevant part. I expect it says just, host not found or so - so please do the above checks as well. It is not the HArdware as such, it is your configuration and this is problematic to tell with just that one sentence you gave us.

Ipod not syncing getting error (-48)

I was going to sync a song to my Ipod 30GB when I was trying to sync it. It was comming up with a error Dianne's Ipod cannot be synced An unknown error occured (-48) I tried to reset it and it did not work I dont want to factory restored because I am not sure if I will be able to get the item back on I rarely sync music on this Ipod it plays the songs and video great anybody have so advice

The message is saying that iTunes can find the file for "Stuff you need to know part 3" can't be found. Does (what ever it is, a song? podcast or what) play in iTunes? Try deleting and redownloading.

I Pod Wont Sync

I restored my I pod recently and now when it syncs it will get to song 544 out of 606 and then say "The Ipod cannot be synced. The required disc cannot be found." and the sync stops. I then tried to eject the Ipod through both Itunes and Windows and it will not leave the "Do Not Disconnect" screen.
Also the red symbol doesn't flash on the screen, its just a white screen saying do not disconnect, if that helps.

Oh, and I forgot to add, it's not the song because I removed that song from my library and tried again and it stopped on the same song number but a different song

I updated to the newest version of iTunes. When i tried syncing my iPod to my computer i got this message during the process "The iPod cannot be synced. An unknown error occured (-69)." I cant sync any songs without fixing this problem. Please Help...

yeah i tried using those tips but for some reason when i click my ipod icon, all i can do is eject it. it doesn't give me any other options so i cannot follow the steps. i even deleted all of the songs i downloaded since the last time i synced my ipod and still i get the same message so i dont know what the cause is. its really frustrating...
