Since you say you are having a problem with files not downloading properly, below is an alternate site where you can download the trial version of the software thru the page linked below and then use your current serial number to activate it. If you are not able to find your version, if you identify it then a more direct link might be available.

I Purchased Adobe Creative Suite 5 Design Premium for Mac about 4 years ago and now every time i launch one of the applications it says "Trial expired"

I purchased Adobe Creative Suite 5 and Premiere Pro CS5 in late 2010 and I use the applications on a daily basis, until now. About a month ago I decided to create an adobe account and log in since it asks me every time, after i logged in the applications worked for about a day or two but on the third day i was getting an error that said trial expired on every CS5 application i opened except for Adobe Premiere Pro CS5 Adobe Bridge CS5 and Adobe Onlocation CS5, I no-longer have the original boxes with the serial numbers due to the fact that I moved about a year ago and the boxes with the serial numbers must have been accidentally thrown away (trust me i have spent hours looking for them, i opened every box i have). What can i do to get my products working again? To repurchase all of the products it will cost thousands of dollars that i don't have.

Adobe Creative Suite Premium 1.0

We have seem to misplaced one of our CDs. Can anyone tell me how many CDs came with the original Adobe Creative Suite Premium? I have 2 install CDs, one extra/resource CD and one training CD. I want to make sure that I have not lost one of the install CDs.
I also would like to find a list of all of the fonts that come with Adobe Creative Suite Premium. We have installed so many fonts I cannot tell what originally came with the CD and what I need to get permission to use in my work. Thank You.

If you have 2 Install CD's, you should be fine. Sounds, like you may have lost one of the resources and extras or the Pagemaker Plug-In Pack CD's though...

I cannot afford the expense of buying or paying access to the software and, still, I need the tools for all those little things I do for enjoyment. What can be done?

The licenses are operating system specific, so one option would be to retain use of the Windows machine you had before the Mac.
If you want to try to use the older stuff on your new Mac you can try installing Windows emulation software such as Bootcamp.

I couldn't tell you what you purchased, and it might even be difficult for an Adobe employee to do so. The business could have a few options as far as what they might have purchased.
Your best bet, considering what little you paid, will be to hand it over to someone you might sell it to and let them try it out. If it works, then it works.

Can I purchase Adobe Creative Suite 7 via CD and not by Creative Cloud? I purchased Cloud and after multiple attempts to download, I wasn't able to. Adobe Technicians couldn't figure out why. I'm leary of using Cloud anyway as I feel it not totally safe because of possible security breaches.

There is no such thing as an "offline CC", so there are no disks nor can you activate the software without being connected to the Internet. Using the application manager/ Creative Cloud app is mandatory. The rest is beside the point. You have not provided any system information or othr details, so how should people be able to help you with your technical problems?

Installing Adobe Creative Suite CS6 on Windows from a disc

I purchased Adobe Acrobat Suite CS6 for Windows. The disc came with an insert with a 24 digit number. When I try to install the program it doesn't accept the 24 digit number as a serial number nor as a redemption code. What am I missing? Please help!
