    First, have the recipient check any anti-spam filters that may be present on her email account or in any email application to make sure that messages from Apple aren't being blocked. If she is sure that is not the case, go here:

    If these charges are being made to a credit or debit card, the most immediate thing you need to do is to call your credit card company or bank and report the unauthorized charges. That company can contact Apple if they need additional information.
    Next, log into your iTunes Store account and see if the purchases are reflected in the Purchase History. If they are, immediately change the password to your iTunes Store account, making sure it's not something easily guessed or looked up. Then go here:

    and follow the instructions to report the issue to the iTunes Store. 
    If the charges are not reflected in the Purchase History, then it's most likely a fraudulent charge to your credit card directly rather than an unauthorized purchase through your iTunes Store account and it will be up to your bank to handle.

    xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. Same has just happened to me and not a single way of contacting Skype in relation fraud app at from this xxxxxxxxxxxx forum. This is no way to deal with customers for such a large company and i will be cancelling my skype account and making sure i tell all my friends/co workers how terrible skypes security and support is. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

    I just found the following on the Skype web site.  WTF?   This is negative option marketing in my opinion (the seller opts you in to something without your explicit consent and you have to opt out if you don't want it)!

    You might, depending upon what country that you are in, be able to download them via the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app on your phone, and the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage on your computer's iTunes (or try the Store > Check For Available Downloads menu option on your computer's iTunes and see if that downloads them).
    If you aren't in a country where music can be redownloaded, and you never downloaded those 14 tracks, then try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com

    Welcome to the Apple Support Communities. If you are unable to install the software update, you may need to plug the iPad Mini into a power source. If it is below a certain percentage in power it will require power to ensure that iPad Mini does not loose power when installing.     Could have been a number accessed from a sky box or free view box. Pressing the red button can instigated a charged call. Do that a few times on xfactor or strictly and the cost soon builds up.

  • I bought OS X Mountain Lion a few days ago from the App Store but it will not download. In the purchased section of the App Store it says 'an error has occurred' in red letters next to the download button. I have been charged for it but not downloaded it?

    If i click on the download button in the purhased section nothing happens. if i go into the App store and click download on Mountain Lion there it looks like it is starting to download and opens Lauchpad but it never moves off 'waiting'.
    Any help would be great.

    Press Shift key on boot, delete Mountain Lion installer from Applications, open App Store > Purchases and download OS X. If it doesn't help > http://www.apple.com/support/mac/app-store/contact
