I purchased a game on my iPhone 4S and it did not download to my ipad air, how can I get this to there?.
I purchased bejeweled with my iPhone 4S and was hoping it would appear on my iPad Air, but this did not happen nor did it appear in my purchased apps at the App Store on my iPad. How do I get it to recognize that it was already purchased? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
Thank you for all the answers to my query. I had been using the same account on both phone and iPad, but did not make the difference. It said it was compatible with iPad. I just ended up having to pay for it on it as well. Sorry for taking so long to reply.

in Egypt. You can gry taking it to an Apple authorized reseller,

I have purchased Forbes magazine annual subscription

Judith HameryOnly Apple Account Security could help at this point. You can try calling Apple Support in Canada - you'll have to find one of the several ways, such as Skype, to call an 800 number from outside of the relevant country - and ask for Account Security and see if they can help. Or you can find a friend who speaks Chinese and ask them to help you talk to Apple Support in China. There are really no other options that I know of.
Note, by the way, that these are user-to-user support forums. You aren't speaking with Apple when you post here.

What do you mean 'did not download' ? Are they new purchases that you've done on your phone ? Past purchases that you are trying to redownload ? Did you get any error messages when trying to download them ?
What you can redownload will show in the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app on your phone (music won't show there in all countries). If they are old purchases and not all music shows there then check to see if any are hidden : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4919
If they are new purchases and they don't show in the Purchased tab then try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com

I have a Macbook that I bought in 2006. I am operating on version 10.4.11. I'd like to find out how to upgrade this laptop so I don't have to buy a new one. I can't do much on here with this version, and when I go to Software Updates, it tells me there aren't any. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank You!
You need to understand the difference between an Update and an Upgrade.
An Update is a free change within an existing Operating System. Such as the .11 added to 10.4.
An Upgrade is a complete new Operating System that must be purchased. Such as 10.5 Leopard to 10.6 Snow Leopard.
The Early 2006 model 1,1 Core Duo can only run a maximum of 10.6 Snow Leopard. The models Late 2006 Core 2 Duos 2,1 through Early 2008 4,1 can only run a maximum of 10.7 Lion. The Late 2008 model 5,1 Aluminum Unibody through the Mid 2010 White Unibody model 7,1 can run 10.8 Mountain Lion.
The Snow Leopard 10.6 DVD should still be available from Apple for $20. You will have to call Apple Customer Care 1-800-692-7753 or 1-800-676-2775 to purchase it. It may still be in the Legacy Products list.
If they no longer have any in stock you will have to buy it from eBay or Apple resellers that still have stock. But you will have to pay a premium since the DVDs are no longer being made. Snow Leopard DVDs are already up to $100 on Amazon.

You can upgrade straight from 10.4 to 10.6 with no problems. Any program that runs under 10.4 should run under10.6. See this list for compatibility with 10.6: http://snowleopard.wikidot.com/

A retail 10.5 Leopard disk will run you around $200 -
