It is not clear if your Premiere Elements 10 was a downloaded purchase from Adobe or from an authorized reseller.
However, do you have a purchased serial number for the product?
If you have the purchased serial number, you can download Premiere Elements 10 tryout files from the following web site
and insert your purchased serial number in them during installation to make them your own.

It is important to read and carry out carefully that web site's "Note: Very Important Instructions" in order to avoid an Access Denied message.

But there could be a complication with regard to files from any source.
Adobe allows you to have the purchased activated serial number on no more than 2 of your computers.
If your failed computer has Premiere Elements trapped on it representing 1 purchased serial number, you will be able to installed
the purchased serial number on only one more computer. If you have the purchased activated serial number trapped on 2 failed
computers, then you will not be able to use that purchased serial number on another computer until you deactivate at least one
on one of the other two computers. In this case, it is only Adobe who might be able to help you. None of this may apply to you. I mention
it as a just in case caution.

There are many note-taking apps available in the iTunes Store that can be synched between a computer and an iPod in one way or another, many from iTunes and some from on-line services such as Dropbox. GoodReader is one I use, but there are many others. Alternatively, if you have a Mac with OS X 10.7 you could use Pages on the computer and iPod and sync with iCloud (some other apps use iCloud for synching as well). Or you can just email a text document to yourself and open that on your iPod.

When I go into my account settings and try to change my old hotmail address to my current Yahoo! address, it tells me "That email address is already used as an Apple ID." Yeah, I know that. I set up the account that I'd really, really, like to have together, but it won't let me go further. End of activity! It is trusting that my email account and password are correct b/c it will let me make purchases, etc., so it's not like it is preventing fraud or anything. You can only do so, IF you had the following setting enabled when you synced the photos to the iPod. On the iPod's Photos tab in iTunes, there is a setting for Include full-resolution photos. If that setting was checked, you can Enable disk use for the iPod and find the photos in the Photos folder on the iPod.
Otherwise, iTunes converts the photos to optimize them for the iPod's small screen, and saves all data for the photos in a single database file (to save storage space). There may be a third-party utility that can retrieve the images, but they may be very low resolution compared to the original photos.

With the site on display, click on the site identity button (for details on what that is see [https://support.mozilla.com/kb/Site+Identity+Button]) and then on More Information. This will open up the page info dialog.
First select the Permissions panel, make sure that "Load Images" is set to allow (selecting Use Default should also work)
Next select the Media panel, then click on the first item in the list. Use the down arrow key to scroll through the list. If any item has the option "Block images from (domain name)" selected, de-select the option.
This should hopefully resolve your issue, but also see https://support.mozilla.com/kb/Images+or+animations+do+not+show
Some add-ons can also block images, for example if you have AdBlock Plus installed, make sure that you have not accidentally created a filter to block the images.

I had my computer crash. I reloaded itunes. I went to add a new download of a movie. Problem is now when I go sync the new movie with my ipod it says I can add this movie only if I erase the old movies that are on my ipod (the old movies are no longer on itunes on my laptop since my laptop crashed).

You buy one and only one download of music/vids/tv shows/movies. It is your responsibility to move/copy/backup your purchases.
It has always been very basic to always maintain a backup copy of your computer for just such an occasion.
Use your backup copy to put everything back.
If for some reason you have failed to maintain a backup ( not good), then you can transfer itunes purchases from an ipod: File>Transfer Purchases
