    I just purchased Creative Cloud single-app membership for Dreamweaver, to upgrade the trail CS6 i had, it was still opening in trial format so i uninstalled dreamweaver on my mac. Now i can't download the new version of Dreamweaver via the Creative Cloud app.  Can you reset my account so i can download Dreamweaver CC to my mac.

    I am on OS x 10.8.3
    I have used the cloud cleaner and downloaded creative cloud again and dreamweaver cc, I can open dreamweaver but its always in trial mode.
    When click on Licence Product and login using my Adobe ID, it then asks for the serial number.

  • Creative Cloud is a blank white screen, can't download any apps, how do I fix?

    PLEASE HELP!!
    I downloaded Ai as a trial version, then purchased CS6 on a 12 month.
    Now I'm trying to download other apps (tried Photoshop, Flash and Premiere Pro), however when I click 'download' to try and get the other apps Creative Cloud pops up and it's a blank white screen.
    Nothing happens, anthing to click NOTHING.
    I've tried shutting the computer down, reinstalling Creative Cloud. Even tried downloading the above programs as trial versions (to start with) but CC just keeps popping up with a blank white screen.
    How do I fix, or better still just get the apps I'm after?

    Welcome to the Community!
    Rename the opm.db file.
    Close the Creative Cloud application if it's running.
    Navigate to the OOBE folder.
    Windows: [System drive]:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
    Mac OS: /User/<username>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE folder
    Rename the opm.db file to opm_old.db
    Launch Creative Cloud

    Swelte82 what operating system are you using?  You will need to meet the minimum system requirements in order to install.  You can find the system requirements at System requirements | Creative Cloud.

    iOS apps are different than Mac apps, so you can't use a iOS app on a Mac. You have to purchase that app in the Mac App Store in order to use it with the Mac. They are different operating systems and require different apps

    In between, I got a messge about verifying my payment method. When I tried to submit the details, I kept getting a mmessage stating that my payment method was declined (my card is not near it's expiration date, and works fine).
    Argh!

    Is the version available now the same version you had purchased? If so, you should be able to see it in your Purchases. However, if a new/different version has been introduced since then, the old one will no longer be available. Unless you made a copy of the installer or have a backup, you will no longer be able to install the old one.

    No.  The program for your mac is OS X, the phone is iOS.  It is a different system, so you would have to purchase the compatible program.

    In recent Days I had big Problems getting anything installed or updated on my Mac.
    Creative Cloud simply died during downloads, installs or updates.
    So I decided to reinstall my OS on my Mac - a fresh Install was long overdue.
    So with Maverick feshly installed I tried Creative Cloud again ... and it simply died during downloads, installs or updates.
    (Mind you I only have Firefox and Thunderbird (newest Versions) instatlled on that Machine.
    Does anyone have any Idea where I can directly download a full Installer for Adobe Products WITHOUT the Creative Cloud?
