I purchased Thor a while ago and cannot access the iTunes extra content.

Hi, I purchase a download of Thor a while ago and despite several tries, I cannot access the iTunes extra content even though it displays on my pc. Any ideas as to why???

If you bought the songs agin, then you will certainly be charged.
If you downloaded them from icloud using the following directions, you will not be charged:
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store

I cannot access the iTunes store from any of my computers. When I updated to v. 10.7 it made my laptop unable to access just like with my two desktops. I have installed and uninstalled numerous times.

Nothing happens. iTunes just hangs up every time, saying "Accessing iTunes Store." It does that for a very, very long time, then nothing. Here is what happens when I run diagnostics.

I can sign in to this forum with Apple ID, I am a beginner please any suggestions, I did try to make a new Apple ID, put in all detail credit card etc but I can not find it & no confirmation. • HT201209 Cannot access the iTunes Store in iTunes.

Cannot access the iTunes Store. I have downloaded iTunes 8, but still cannot access the iTunes Store. It shows my Apple ID once I login, but no error message and no right-hand column (or anything) under the iTunes Store window. Any ideas?

    This might provide some help.
    Can't connect to iTunes store
It could be a firewall or security software confict that is preventing the connection so you could try disabling those and see if that helps.
Restart/reboot your iPad and maybe that will help as well.
Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
