See if any of the following fix it.
Try logging out of your account on your phone by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and tap 'Sign Out' on the popup and then log back in.
If that doesn't fix it then try closing the iTunes store app via the phone's multitasking bar and see if it works properly when you open the app : double-click the home button to open the taskbar and then swipe or drag iTunes from there up and off the top of the screen to close it, and the click the home button to close the taskbar.
A third thing to try is a soft-reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the equivalent of a reboot. -

What computer operating system is your Premiere Elements 12 running on? Did you have the opportunity to update 12 to 12.1 Update yet using an opened project's Help Menu/Update? If not, please do so when you get the opportunity.

I downloaded the 30 day free trial of Photoshop on 9/11, but have not been able to open it, or even find it on my computer. I do have the Adobe Create Cloud icon, and when I click it it list PS as downloaded and lets me access tutorials, but that is all.
Please let me know how to open and use PS.

If you are using Mac, please open the finder window click on go and choose applications and try to launch Photoshop from there.
If windows, please navigate to C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC 2014 and double click on the Photoshop.exe file.

I downloaded garage band on my iPad ages ago but now it just says waiting and when I click on it it just says "retry" and does nothing. I've spent literally ages making songs (I've got like 20 ). How can I get it back with all my songs still there?
Thanks for that. Much more constructive than the last comment. It's only the restriction code I can't recall, not the access passcode. So I can currently access the device, just not age restricted content. Does that's make a difference? I also wondered if anyone knew how many attempts you get to try to get it right. Now tried 21 times and so far nothing bad has happened but I am concerned I'll eventually be completely locked out of the device. That doesn't seem in the spirit of things though. Surely it's foreseeable that a child could repeatedly try to guess the code so I can't see that it would be right to lock the device down completely in that circumstance, particularly if the access code is being typed in correctly every time.

Not sure if this problem is with firefox or with my computer in general. I can't seem to get the download to work because the only option I get is to "save" the file, not "run" or "open"... Thank you for your help
Firefox does not have a built-in "Run" option on downloads for security reasons. If you "Run" an item, your anti-virus/anti-spyware may not have an opportunity to fully examine the contents until it is already installed on your hard drive. The TO box used to auto fill when I started typing if an address was in my Contact list. The + at the end of the area for an email address says I have no Contacts

To clear cache and cookies do the following:

#From the details list, check ''Cache'' and ''Cookies'' and uncheck everything else.

Are you putting in the address where the bank sends the monthly statement?
Apple's servers are very picky about the format of the address. If you live in the USA, then the server is expecting the style that the US Postal Service uses. One way to do this is to use the USPS ZIP Code lookup service;

Enter the address to look up the ZIP code and then copy the exact USPS output into your iTunes account information. -
I just tried to download the Wheel Of Fortune app. A cloud with a downward arrow appeared next to it. When I clicked on it, it appeared to download, then a circle with a square inside it appeared. When I clicked on that, the cloud with the arrow came back. What's going on?
Don't click on the circle, that is just telling you it's downloading. When you click it, it stops downloading.

Since about PrE 4, the Activation of components has been automatic, when you first use the function.

<Link Edited By Host>Thanks for your advice, I went to the apple shop today for a face to face meeting with a tech and he checked everything and could not figure out why I was having this problem so we decided to give up on that account and create a whole new one for me using a different email address.
Now I can download apps on both my iPhone and ipad2.
