follow directions given in the link to change your Apple ID to the new email address.

sign out of your Apple ID on the phone, then sign in with the new Apple ID and password.

My question is this...My Apple ID that appears in the AppStore log in is incorrect. I have tried the recommended "Settings...Store...Tap ID shown...sign out...sign back in w/ correct ID/password multiple times. I had the same thing happen today on my wife's phone. I couldn't find any answers on the support site and of course I could not get any help from Apple since my phone was old. I kept digging and figured out how to fix the problem. I opened the app store app and signed out of the old id and then signed back in using my new id. It looks like this may have fixed the problem.

After having upgraded my MacBook to Snow Leopard, the following error message pops when I try to access iTunes: "The file iTunes Library.itl cannot be read because it was created by a new version of iTunes". So, now after the upgrade, I cannot access iTunes. How do I resolve this??

Empty/corrupt library after upgrade/crash
Hopefully it's not been too long since you last upgraded iTunes, in fact if you get an empty/incomplete library immediately after upgrading then with the following steps you shouldn't lose a thing or need to do any further housekeeping. In the Previous iTunes Libraries folder should be a number of dated iTunes Library files. Take the most recent of these and copy it into the iTunes folder. Rename iTunes Library.itl as iTunes Library (Corrupt).itl and then rename the restored file as iTunes Library.itl. Start iTunes. Should all be good, bar any recent additions to or deletions from your library.
See iTunes Folder Watch for a tool to catch up with any changes since the backup file was created.
When you get it all working make a backup!

Thanks, Stedman, that is helpful (I seem to be able to get past the "bubble" somewhat) but it is still there....I have, in the past, stroked across the music of choice and that was it...now the "bubble" with the choice name comes up and if I go all the way across I get a delete choice? Can you help with this also or where would I go to research changes (I see there are 200!!!) in this upgrade?

Lion will only let you add documents to iCloud through iCloud.com, iCloud.com requires the iOS apps before you can use it.
Mountain Lion will let you add documents to iCloud from the iWork apps themselves, you don't then need the iOS apps before they can be opened on another Mac. -
When I try to access iTunes I get 'The file "iTunes Library.itl" cannot be read because it was created by a newer version of iTunes. Would you like to download iTunes now?'' But when I try to down load I get "unknown error occurred (-42408)". Don't know what to do next and I can't get into my iTunes library. (I have an iMac, OS10.6.8.)
Did you uninstall iTunes 11 and replace it with iTunes 10.7? If so, you'll need to go through a few steps to put things right:
Rename "iTunes Library.itl" to some other name;
Copy newst ITL file from the "Previous iTunes Libraries" folder into your main iTunes folder and rename it to "iTunes Library.itl";

Download/install shareware app called Pacifist;
Open Pacifist and, separately, mount iTunes DMG file -- drag iTunes PKG file into Pacifist and install iTunes via the Pacifist application -- be sure to answer yes to replacing everything Pacifist asks about;

I don't use iCloud for such things, but I believe you go System Prefs > iCloud and check the slot by Notes. Or have you tried that?

Taken at face value, you're having trouble with a QuickTime program file there.
Let's try something relatively simple first. Restart the PC. Now head into your Uninstall a program control panel, select "QuickTime" and then click "Repair".
Does the repair go through okay? If so, are you able to launch iTunes and/or Safari now? -

Troubleshooting on an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
