I've tried resetting my phone, looking for the pics in the new 'deleted' folder. I tried forwarding the jpegs to sees if they'll appear in a new message (but turnout the phone won't let me forward these pics). Apple is trying to say it's the 30 day reason, but I know that is not the problem. ALl of my pics older than 30 days were viewable. It is the upgrade that screwed this up. Help! Important pics!

As for iPhoto, it sounds like you were trying to move files around in the library. That is a bib no-no in Aperture or iPhoto.

Im just guessing but it seems like you would have to get your movie into the correct folder on a computer then use iTunes to sync it to your iPad. If you've synced to a computer and have movies then on your computer should be a folder with the movie in it. You could export your iMovie to something like Dropbox then download from Dropbox to the folder you think it needs to be in the sync your iPad again. Again this is just a guess. Others may have a better answer.

Can't figure out how to finish restoring icloud to my new iphone 5s
Just left Apple store, and they started restoring my icloud. Choice between Later/Finish Restoring. I chose "Later" to get to messages. Now I'm home and can't figure out how to finish restoring. Went to settings, then icloud and could not find anything to continue the restoring. I'm connected to my home wi-fi now, just need help to finish restoring.
It should resume automatically. Make sure it's connected to wifi and your charger.
If it doesn't, go to Setting>iCloud>Storage & Backup and tap Stop Restoring at the bottom. Then go to Settings>General>Reset, tap Erase All Content and Settings, go through the setup screens on your device and when given the option, choose Restore from iCloud backup and follow the prompts. This will start the restore over. -

Double tap the home button then on the multitasking ribbon at the bottom of the screen hold one of the app icons until a minus sign appears and then tap the minus sign for all the apps you want to close. When done tap home button once. There are some misconceptions that open apps consume battery power. This is generally incorrect. For iOS 7 double tap home button and then swipe up on the previews of the apps you want to close and then tap the preview of the home or the home button once when finished closing apps. -

Firefox opens a new tab by default with a blank page (about:blank).<br />
If that isn't happening for you then an extension has changed that.

I have a new macbook pro. I'm seeing my wife's iphone contacts on my icloud. I've done everything I know to do to make sure my apple id is correct and has my information. I can't figure out how to remove her contacts and add my iphone contacts to the cloud or my macbook pro. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Something was hidden in a download and now these double green underlined hyperlinks show up everywhere, and pop ups too whenever I click on ANYTHING. I can't figure out how to find it and get rid of it.
You installed the "DownLite" trojan, perhaps under a different name. Remove it as follows.
Malware is constantly changing to get around the defenses against it. The instructions in this comment are valid as of now, as far as I know. They won't necessarily be valid in the future. Anyone finding this comment a few days or more after it was posted should look for more recent discussions or start a new one.
Back up all data.
Triple-click anywhere in the line below on this page to select it:
/Library/LaunchAgents/com.vsearch.agent.plist
Right-click or control-click the line and select
Services ▹ Reveal in Finder (or just Reveal)
from the contextual menu.* A folder should open with an item named "VSearch" selected. Drag the selected item to the Trash. You may be prompted for your administrator login password.
Repeat with each of these lines:

This trojan is distributed on illegal websites that traffic in pirated movies. If you, or anyone else who uses the computer, visit such sites and follow prompts to install software, you can expect much worse to happen in the future.
You may be wondering why you didn't get a warning from Gatekeeper about installing software from an unknown developer, as you should have. The reason is that the DownLite developer has a codesigning certificate issued by Apple, which causes Gatekeeper to give the installer a pass. Apple could revoke the certificate, but as of this writing, has not done so, even though it's aware of the problem. This failure of oversight is inexcusable and has compromised the value of Gatekeeper and the Developer ID program. You can't rely on Gatekeeper alone to protect you from harmful software.
*If you don't see the contextual menu item, copy the selected text to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination command-C. In the Finder, select
Go ▹ Go to Folder...
from the menu bar and paste into the box that opens by pressing command-V. You won't see what you pasted because a line break is included. Press return. -
I recently deleted iTunes off my computer by accident, when I reinstalled it I got the new version and I can't figure out how to get my music to store on my iTunes to transfer from my iPhone to my iTunes. If I have no music on my iTunes at all and no music on my computer, hard drive or any other version of storage yet there is a playlist on my iPhone. While my iPhone is plugged into my PC and my iTunes is up, is there a way to swap my playlist from my iPhone to my iTunes? Directly? Without downloading some new media source or backing up my old media source from my history. The reason everything was deleted (iTunes and media source) was due to the size of everything and space it was requiring. I am simply trying to get 233 songs from A to B.

I just downloaded the new iOS 5.0 and did all of the backup prompted steps beforehand, but I can't figure out how to get all of my apps and music back on my iPhone. Where did they go and how can I put them back on my iPhone?

This may be related to a new feature embedded in iOS7 that shows all purchased music by default. Go to Settings > Music, then turn off Show All Music. See if the issue ceases once the feature has been disabled. This information is located on page 63 of the user guide below.

Trying to get into the App Store to update some apss. It asks for my password but the problem is that it is showing ghosted an Apple ID I don't use. Can't figure out how to fix it.
You installed a hacked app, originally from the Mac App Store. It contains the receipt for a different app, downloaded using an account that you don't control. You need to identify and remove the hacked app.
Important: The app you need to remove is not necessarily the one named in the App Store alert. For example, if the App Store says you need to update "Twitter," the hacked app may be "Angry Birds" or something else entirely. Don't make any assumptions about which app you're looking for. To find it, you have to carry out a systematic search.

In the Finder, press command-F to open a search window, or select

To see the complete list, you may need to unhide hidden purchases. If any apps were download from the App Store using other Apple ID accounts that you control, sign in to the store under each of those ID's and check the purchases.
At least one of the items listed in the search window is not among your purchases in the App Store. Move each such item to the Trash. You may be prompted for your administrator password. Empty the Trash.
Log out and log back in. Test. -
i installed ios 7.after that my primary cam, one day it just stopped focusing and the pictures are blurry. If I switch it to the front camera it works well and looks like it should but when I turn it back it goes back to being out of focus and I can't figure out how to fix it?
This advice will sound like a joke or prank, but believe me it worked on my iPhone 5 and my daughter's. The lens mechanism got stock on each of our iPhones. We found a post on these message boards that said to hold the iPhone about 6 inches above a table or counter top and drop it so that it lands flat on it's back. Now try the camera ...Fixed! It has been more than six months now and neither of our iPhones have ever experienced the problem again.

I have an old version on my iPad 4.3.3 and can't figure out how to upgrade. Per the manual "Software Upgrades" is not an option from the General Settings.
The option to update without the computer (Over the air) was made available with iOS 5. If your iDevice is using a version of iOS lower than 5, you will need to use iTunes on your syncing computer to perform the upgrade. Use the Apple link below as a guide for the upgrade.
