would any body help me in finding the standard sapscripts forms names and their correponding standard print programs for the following topics;
1. RFQ
2. QUOTATION
3. CONTRACT
4. CUSTOMER STATEMENT
5. FI-INVOICE
6. FI-CREDIT MEMO
7. DUNNING LETTER
8. ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CHECKS

Hi Rajesh,
Go to Nace transaction.Choose your application.For Example RFQ application EF and for Sales Application V1 , Billing V3. After selecting go to the output types and from there Processing routines.
U can also search using tables.for sd and mm related scripts u can find in table TNAPR and for finace related script programs and layouts u can find in table t001f.

. Actually my real problem is a transported the SAP script form znalepke2 , printer definition nale
and device type zststartsp of a thermal printer.
On original system (ak1) the printout is ok but on target system(ak2)
not.
Lateron I transported also :
R3TR SCPD 1403(as the device type uses this character set)
R3TR TABU TSP08 (All entries)
R3TR TABU TSP1D(All entries)
R3TR TABU TSP1T(All entries)
I used also report RSTXSCRP to traport form and device types. L
Lately I discovered that when I performe printout preview I get also eronneous printout If I ssue an printout preview in language "EN" on system "ak1"(only on system ak1 and form preview in "SL" is oK. What steps you suggest me to solve the prolem

1) Company code
2) Vendor
3) Fiscal year
4) Days in arrears (pendays)

BSIK table shows all open items (both due and not due) and BSAK table shows all the cleared items for Vendors / Creditors.

hi all,
I need print program (driver prg name) for predefined form F110_IN_AVIS, and also what is the output type for that. T-code for F110_IN_AVIS is F110.
It is related to payment advice.
If u know tell me plz.., or tell me where I have to search the printprg and output type for predefined form.

Hi Vidya,
You have the driver program configured against the Company Code & Payment Methods.
You can view it using menu path : Environment --> Display Config.
But some of the driver programs are : RFFOAVIS_FPAYM, you can search in SE38 using RFFO* you will get lots of driver programs.

The program name you have given is most probably for US. Actually different countries have different driver programs

My Sapscript Z From has been configured for company code,and it is present in table T042B.
T042B-ZBUKR = 4418 (company code)
T042B-AFORN = ZCOTL_ADVICE (SAPSCRIPT FORM)
Can anyone please tell me from which table I should get the Driver Program for the above Sapscript Form.

I think you need to create a custom program to check the print preview.
Check following link to create a print program for Interactive forms:

First u create the driver program of the sapscript...ok..
then go to the SE93 and create the T_code of that driver program..

Printer determination for sapscript form output

Hello All,
We have configured different printers for the different plants in our sales organization. When we create a delivery, there is a requirement to send the delivery form output (bill of lading, delivery note etc.) to the appropriate printer based on the plant for which the delivery is created.
Is it possible to do this and if yes, how should this be done?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I created a condition table '550 - Shipping point/plant'. Then I created an access sequence 'ZSH1' and assigned this condition table 550 to it.
In the output determination procedure, the procedure 'V10000 - Header output' has the condition type PL02 - BOL: Single Delivery assigned to it.
The assignments look like:
Step       Counter         Cond Type
10               1                LD00     Delivery Note
20               2                PL00     Packing list
30               3                PL01     Planning Slip
40               4                PL02     BOL: Single Delivery
In Assign output procedures, the entry corresponding to delivery type 'LF' is:
Del Type                O/P procedure                       O/P Type
LF Delivery                    V10000 Header Output             LD00Delivery Note
When I try to enter a new condition record using VV21, it does not show up this key combination 'Shipping point/Plant'.
Can someone tell me if I am missing some customization?

Using MKPF table take all material document, then usign the doc no (mblnr) take data from MSEG table
with movement type 641 and 642 in case of reversal (STO). 101 and 102 for (Delviery) .
take STO po of above movement type from table EKPO with PSTYP (item cat, field ) = 7. Comparing sto and delivery details and you will get the output.

In ADRC table,you will have a field by name COUNTRY.This holds the country key.
Using this country key LAND1 in ADRC table,you will have to fetch the Country name from T005T table.The field in the T005T which holds the Country name is LANDX.
You will have to write select querries for this.
By using LANDX from T005T table ,you can display the country name.

Single Client Access Name for Weblogic Forms and Reports.

I have a 2 node clustered system:
Windows 2008 R2 64-bit
Weblogic 10.3.3 (on each node)
Weblogic Forms and Reports 11.1.1.3 (on each node)
Database 11gR2 RAC 11.2.0.1 (on each node)
The forms and reports are clustered and I can connect to each from each of the two servers and the cluster is working well.
The database uses Single Client Access Name (SCAN) to present the database as if it were one server called dbserver1.
I was wondering if there was a similar thing for Weblogic and what everyone else uses to present their application as a single name to the user.
I tried using Windows Network Load Balancing, but this stops the database scan listeners from working.

What is the Table name having the Menu name and Menu ID details for all modules?

AFAIK this information is not stored in the database, appart from a fiew that are in the OADM table (PorName, RpdName, PdnName...). I think that this info is stored in a C++ library (don´t remember the name now).
Perhaps if you ask what the objetive is we could help you with a workaround.

ORA-00957: duplicate column name for multi-form page

I have read numerous threads on this but I think I am missing something. I have two forms on one page, each based on a separate table. They each have one column in common which is why I believe I am getting this error. However, I do not understand why since each form has its own Automatic Row Processing, it is tripping over the column name. I have changed the name of the page item to be different, but I still get this error. TIA.

Technically you can not use two forms in one page. Both table have the same column name which confuses the DML process. Try change the column name in one table and see if it works.

How to debug program RVADEK01 for SAPSCRIPT FORM S_PICK_SINGLE

Hello Experts,
Am using TCODE VL01N to print out the Form SD_PICK_SINGLE ,I tried to activate the debugger on the Form in SE71 after that executed the driver program RVADEK01 which didnt work so I tried to execute the tcode VL01N but nothing happens .Unfortunately both ways seems not to trigger the debugger to stop at the Form,.Can anyone help ?

Hi,
Think you have not done the output type configuration correctly in NACE transaction. Check with the following scenarios.
1. In NACE transaction, check whether the correct program and SAP script is assigned against the output type which you are selecting in VL01N transaction for the printout.
2. Try using transaction VL02N or VL03N once the delivery is created. Make sure that the OUTPUT TYPE which is configured with the program and SAP script is triggered in the respective delivery.
