@I run a Windows 8.1 - Photoshop CS5 under Parallels on an iMac one year old and both having the latest OS. I use a NIK plugin "VIVEZA" which run fine for years without a problem. Latelt and without a reason, the NIK plugin has gone corrupt, (can not use it more the 2 corrections after a get a black background message that there is not enough memory) and the system stops running and a must restart is required. How do I fix this terrible problem?
If it requires a Photoshop CS5 re-install, (I belief that it may fix the problem) and re-install the two third party plugins (NIK Viveza) and (Onone Perfect Resize) how and where do I get to the proper Adobe upload page to do that.
I have tried to fix this problem by changing the memory allocations, I have spend many hours on it and are very disgusted with it but it needs to be fixed. The current memory settings are;
Ram available = 1588 MB
Range = 873 -1143 MB
Recommended Photoshop usage range = 857 however I have tried every setting to max and in between. Nothing works. Current setting = 1588 (max)
The Photoshop I use is registered, I have product # and order # .
Contact NIK for updated/upgraded versions of their plug-ins. They have been having a lot of issues with their plug-ins.

My iTunes suddenly stopped working and doesn't recognize any of my devices and gives me a AMD error. I've tried several times to uninstall all Apple programs and reinstall to no avail. I'm running windows 7 on a Dell laptop. It worked fine for years then I decided to update my iPhone 4S and it didn't recognize it or any other iPod or iPad.
Can someone please help ?I am having all sorts of problems with 9.1.1.Crashes and not only iTunes but I have to restart all the time.

I do not have a problem getting in the iTunes stores. My issue is once on the site I can not use the "search". It says there is a pure virtual function call R6025. How can I solve this problem? Do I have to create a new account? Do I have to uninstall and re-install? Thanks

If someone from Adobe could GUARANTEE that this problem would go away if I
purchased CS4, I would pony up the cash and do it. However, I'm skeptical
about that because I just saw someone else post a message on the forum today
who is running CS4 and getting the exact same runtime error as me.
I'll try un-installing and re-installing as Admin, and if that doesn't work,
maybe I can find a used copy of CS3.
In the meantime, I'm also wondering if a Photoshop file can carry any sort
of corrupt metadata inside it once it has errored out? Reason I ask is, I
had to port all of my old PSD files to the new computer, and I only seem to
be getting this error when I attempt to work on one of the files that
previously got the runtime error when they were sitting on my XP machine.
When I create new files from scratch on this new computer, they seem to be
working just fine (at least, for now).
If so, I would probably be smart to never open those troublesome
"errored-out" files again. -
I'm working with a Mac, with 10.10.2 system. My Audition program has been working fine for years now. But, there is a problem I can't solve. All my markers on a given piece of audio allows me to left click to highlight the time signature until my audio reaches the one hour point. From there on, the left click will not give me the drop down menu in order to copy and then paste into an Excel sheet I then have to submit for the proofing purposes. After the one hour mark, I can only control/c in order to highlight, then when I slide up to my Excel sheet, I'm able to right click and paste. Why is the program not, all of a su allowing me to left cllick the mouse and have a drop down menu give me the option to "copy, " as it does for any time signature markers up to 1:00:00.000?
Which version of Audition? With the latest version of Audition running on a Windows 7 machine I can't get a dropdown menu at all when I left click on the time in Markers List. The only way to do it is with cntrl-c.

I have a Mac, using chrome, and trying to install Kevin Kubota Auto album into Photoshop. Talked with Kevin Kubota support and they said they can't help me anymore because my Adobe Extension Manager was reinstalled and will not display Photoshop CS5 under products. Please help !!!!

Own Photoshop CS5.1 installed on two iMacs, when using second iMac, rarely used,got error message ~"not authorized to use program" on this second iMac I have two accounts one in my name one in my wife's both share photoshop...was in my wife's account when I got message...never happened on my primary iMac on which I have my own account and one for guest account that doesn't share photoshop....what is wrong..am allowed to install program on two machines?

I am in online school and I have recieved a Redemption Code but I am not able to use the software without just using 30 day trials, which have expired sooner than the 30 days. I am not sure why I can not open templates from class without having to purchase Adobe Creative cloud again. I have the old Adobe, 5.5, I believe still installed. What can I do to access my already paid for software that I can not use?

From your Safari menu bar click Safari > Preferences then select the Privacy tab.
Click: Remove All Website Data
Then delete the cache.
Open a Finder window. From the Finder menu bar click Go > Go to Folder
Type or copy paste the following
~/Library/Caches/com.apple.Safari/Cache.db
Click Go then move the Cache.db file to the Trash.
Quit and relaunch Safari to test.
If nothing above helped, troubleshoot Safari extensions.
From the Safari menu bar click Safari > Preferences then select the Extensions tab. Turn that OFF, quit and relaunch Safari to test.
If that helped, turn one extension on then quit and relaunch Safari to test until you find the incompatible extension then click uninstall. -
