Try connecting the device to your iTunes library in recovery mode and restoring it. Use the instructions in this Apple support document to place the iPod into recovery mode.

I have just now tried the Reinstall via iTunes, about 20 into the download, the iTunes logo on the phone disappeared, and the Apple Logo appeared again,,, I waited until the iTunes stated that the download had finished, and the install was in progress,,,
Nothing happened, still the Apple Logo was visual on the screen, iTunes never recognised the phone which it was on my iTunes account previously,,,
Still just a bunch of lines, maybe 5 or 6 so small writing,, I personally can not read what it is telling me, someone said it reads, incorrect shutdown,,,????????
Please advise,???

Try a reset: Simultaneously hold down the Home and On buttons until the iPad shuts down. Ignore the off slider if it appears. Once shut down is complete, if it doesn't restart on it own, turn the iPad back on using the On button. In some cases it also helps to double click the Home button and close all apps from the tray before doing the reset.

My iMac 24 can no longer be paired with the keyboard; it doesn't recognise any keyboard at boot up, even the one it is paired with. Can anyone help, please?
Thank. SimonBrian - The batteries are fine and there has only every been one keyboard paired with it. We have tried my MacPro keyboard as well, and it will not even recognise that there is a discoverable keyboard nearby.

You do not need to transfer anything. Open the wishlist, and click on the price of any song(s) that you want to buy.
Once you have purchased them and have them in your library, simply put them into an iTunes playlist and burn in the normal way. -

Your iPad has to be running the same or higher version of iOS as you phone was in order for the backup to appear. If it isn't, you'll have to update your iPad first. There are some limitations involved in restoring an iPad to an iPhone backup to be aware of, including:
Camera Roll photos and videos are not restored. These can only be restored to another iPhone.
Third-party apps and their data will be restored but the app icon order/organization won't be.
iPhone-only apps will not be restored to an iPad. -

Im having problems importing from my iPhotos, i just bought photoshop elements 13 and mac book at the same time and am on a bit of a learning curve, i noticed that on all tutorials there were People and Media tabs which i cannot see, all i can see is elive, Quick, Guided and Expert, can anyone please help?

Now, do you want to keep your photos in iphoto or in the organizer? That's a choice you must make, sooner or later. The organizer does include a get photos from>iphoto command, but that will copy all the photos in your iphoto library to a new location and make organizer databases for the copies. Is that what you want to do, or do you want to use iphoto to organize your photos, in which case you would not use the PSE organizer? -
This convenient feature was in the previous version but does not appear in the current. Is it just gone or now must be chosen from a secret menu ... or what? Any thoughts suggestions or efforts to assist will be much appreciated.

The Calendar app crashes when I select March 2013. I tried hard restart but app still crashes when March is selected.
Look on april 1st. If you have any all day events, remove them. It's a glitch where all day events on APril 1 mess up March.
Remove the event or edit it to span a few hours and March will reappear -
Updated Photoshop CC but when I launch I cannot see the changes. I have restarted computer and still no changes. I also downloaded CC 2014, but how do I get my plugins there? If I could get the plugins there I would just delete Photoshop CC.

i am facing problems in accessing my huawei 3G data card.
i am not able to connect the data card via 3G, macbook shows it is conneced with the wifi with my data card but i am unable to open any website,

To install the utility, doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file you downloaded.
Now run the utility ("Start > All Programs > Windows Install Clean Up"). In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any iTunes entries and click "Remove", as per the following screenshot:
Quit out of CleanUp, restart the PC and try another iTunes install. Does it go through properly this time?
