I set an access control on all my computers by mistake, how do I reset it?

I thought I was restricting my child from accessing the internet, but I locked myself and my whole family out of the time capsule router. I set the access to weekends between 9 am and Noon. Do I have to wait until next weekend to reset everything? The time capsule is on, shows green, but does not show up in any device. I am trying to get into settings, but it does not recognize my password! It keeps locking me out!!! I tried a soft reset of the time capsule, but it won't let me in to change settings! HELP!
I am running two macbook pros, one being the primary system, two iPads, a pc desktop, a chromebook, and an iPod if any of that helps. I am writing this at a neighbors.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

It is possible, but you will have to identify the MAC Address or AirPort ID of these devices that you want to assign specific allowed connection times, and I know of no way to do this other than by process of elimination
So, you have to turn off all wireless devices except your MacBook, open AirPort Utility, and see what the ID is for your MacBook and write that down for reference.
Then start up the Chromebook and find that ID, then the second MacBook, IPod, and Kindle one at at time. You are looking for a 12 character ID in the form of xx : xx : xx : xx : xx : xx.
What operating system is your MacBook using so we can provide more tips on how to do this?
Once you have a list of all the correct IDs or MAC Addresses for devices that you want to control, you can set up connection rules for each of these separate devices.
The devices that do not have rules will be able to connect to the network at all times...or they will be governed by the first default rule if you change that from Unlimited to something else.

After trying to set up access control, my Airport Utility is no longer able to find my Base Station. My PC still sees my wireless network but I can't connect to it.

A friend told me he was able to access my network from a different device with no password so I decided to set up an access control. Following the prompts, I entered my IP address, and then my Airport stopped working. I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it, but got the same thing. The screen I get is that "Airport Utility was unable to find any Airport wireless devices", and askes me if I want to rescan. When I rescan I get the same message. My Airport light is green and my PC recognizes the network, my software just can't connect to it. A friend suggested I entered the wrong IP address (which I found on my computer under "connections", but even after I tried a different one which is supposed to be from the network, I still get the same error message. What am I doing wrong?

The acces control list is where you put in your Mac Address, this is not the same thing as an IP.

Cannot set guided access password on iTouch after IOS* update. How can I fix this?

We upgraded my daughters iTouch to IOS8. When I go into guided access to set the password, it will not accept it. It keep taking me back to the Set Guided Access Password each time. I will put in the 4 digits, confirm the 4 digits and it takes me back to the original scree that says Set Guided Access Password. How can I get this to work?

Try a reset: hold down the home button along with the power button until you see the Apple, then let go.

Access Control View All Role

Hello Experts,
We are currently implementing GRC Compliant User Provisioning for the client. Apart from the configuration team with role AEAdmin, we have few client experts to look into the sandox system and understand the cnfiguration we made is as per the requirement.
In doing so, they tend to modify some or other configuration at times knowingly/ unknowingly which lead us to longer debugging time.
Is there a way I can create a UME role with only View Configuration Action to avoid such circumstances.

You will need to restore your device as New to remove a Restrictions passcode. Go through the normal process to restore your device, but when you see the options to restore as New or from a backup, be sure to choose New.
You can restore from a backup if you have one from BEFORE you set the restrictions passcode.

If you're running Mac OS X, move the cursor to the very top of the computer's screen, click on Store, and choose Authorize this Computer.

1. Insert the Mac OS X Install disc, then restart the computer while holding the C key.
2. When your computer finishes starting up from the disc, choose Change Password from the Installer menu up at top of the screen. (In Mac OS X 10.4 or later, you must select your language first.)
*Important: Do not click Continue in the first screen of the Installer. If you do, you must restart from the disc again to access Change Password.*
Of course for 10.7 & up there is no Install Disk, so boot from your Restore Partition holding CMD+r keys, & look for it there.

Two add-ons mentioned by Tony E. are NewTabURL or New Tab Homepage.
Also, whenever you open the new tab, you can just click on the home icon. That is what I do.

Timed Access controlling Main and Guest Network

I have a Time Capusle 4G running software v7.5.2. I am running a Guest Network as well as a closed network.
In the Timed Access window i have default set to "no access". Then, all the computers that are allowed access to the main network are on the list. My guest network is broadcasting but when a user tries to connect to it, they get an "Unable to connect" message. If I change the default access in Timed Access to "Everyday", users are then able to connect to the Guest network again.
Obviously, this is a bug/missing feature and has been for several software revisions. I don't want people accessing the main network that aren't on the timed access list. However, I still want guest users to access the Guest Network, without using MAC address filtering on the Guest Network.
It looks to me that the Timed Access window is controlling the restriction of the Guest and Main network. Which renders the Guest Network feature pretty much useless.
Hopefully this will be addressed in the near future. If other people are experiencing this problem, Please let me know.

Your observation is correct. Access control using Timed Access is an ALL or NOTHING feature for both the Main and Guest networks. The Guest network is basically a VLAN function.

Project Admin & Contributor cource code access control

I am setting up access control on a TFS 2013.2 TFSVC project
To deny access by default I added the Contributors group in the root of the source tree and set all permissions to deny, then on individual source folders I set the permissions for specific groups. So far so good, members of those groups can see the code
I want them too and only that code.
The problem is for project admins.
All teams are members of the contributors group so that they get team functionality such as team email alerts. If someone in the Project Admin VSO group is added to a team they therefore become part of the contributors group due to inheritence and their
code access to the top of the source tree is denied by default.
Is it so that project admins canot be members of teams? This would be a problem because often the project admins also are the leads who define and administer the teams in TFS. If no-one is able to see the top of the source tree, whould be able to create
a new sub-folder?

In your scenario, if you add the team project admin user in team group, he can view the source structure in Source Control Explorer, but he cannot open any file to read. He can create new sub-folder in Source Control Explorer, but he cannot check-in this
sub-folder.
We suggest you create a custom team group in your team project, and add all the users(which you want deny the code access by default, exclude team project admin) in this custom group, then use this custom group instead of Contributors group in the root of
source tree, and set all permission to deny for this custom group.

How can I have different access control for the guest network (different than the main network)?

Definitely not a recommended method for security. MAC addresses are easily cloned by anyone who wants to do so with free tools available on the Internet. An unwanted guest will be on your network in less than a minute if they want to be.
Strongly recommend that you use WPA2 Personal security with a non-dictionary password to protect your network.

Unfortunately, Apple does not allow separate Access Control for the "main" and "guest" networks. It's all or nothing, I am afraid.
Likely, the "best" way to set up Access Control is change the default rule to No Access, Then you will need to enter in the details for every device that you want to allow to connect for both the "main" and "guest" networks with the time limits for each device.

Impliment GRC Access control in difffrent landscape

In our company we have different landscapes in SAP and now we are planning to implement Access control in all landscape.
R/3 landscapes with out any Java stack( both ECC6 and 4.7 EE)
Solution manager landscape
XI landscape.
BW
and EP.
Our first target is R/3 Landscape. Can you please guide me. what will be the best approach to implement AC in R/3 systems as they don't have any Java stack.
I will appreciate if you can guide me with other landscape also.

The GRC landscape is technically separate from the different SAP Application components you mention so technically, you can connect the GRC system to any of the other components but creating the appropriate JCOs and SLD entries.
You will need to instal the RTAs in each of the required source systems (ERP, ECC, BW, XI, SM, CRM, SRM etc!) but they can all link to the sepearate GRC systems.
The exact landscape setup is dependant on what you wish to use GRC for. For example, you may wish to only link production GRC to production backend systems for Risk analysis and SoD. However, if you wish to use ERM or use Role bases analysis, you may find it useful to connect your production GRC system to your development backend systems where the roles are actually defined!
The architecture is deliverately flexible to allow you to do this.
For the initial use cases, it may make sense to keep Production segregated away from Pre-production systems but in the future, you may find that you wish to re-assess this as your useage grows.

Can someone explain, how to expose weblogic user roles as a Rest Json Api? Basically I want to set up Access Control URL to authorize users on adf mobile.

This is what I did. Could you please let me know if I am doing it right.
1. Created an adf application with a simple page and applied security basic http authentication.
2. Added a rest service implementation in the same application, changed the adf application web.xml as below

3. When I test the rest service in browser, it asks to log in and returns the user roles. Below is my rest implementation
