I synced my iPhone with iTunes, and it deleted all my music on my computer and my iPhone except for what I'd purchased using the iPhone. The rest of my music is still on my iPad, so how do I get it from my iPad to the computer, and back on my phone?

All my music is sitting there safely on my iPad, but whenever I try to sync it with my computer the only option I get is to wipe the iPad and replace it with the files on the computer---which is only a fraction of what I had originally. How do I fix this?? It even deleted my playlists, and I now only have some 200 songs left out of what used to be over 1000!
It can not do that all by itself.
When you plugged it in, iTunes said 'Oh goody! You got a new phone! Would you like to make it just like your old phone?'...
You explicitly said 'Yes'.
You can't undo that.
No backup of the current state of the new phone was made. It was wiped and the last backup of your old phone was restored to it.
Anything you had on the new phone is gone.

If the content is on an external drive, but your library knows where to find it, then it should all work. Connect your device, make some selections for what to put on it, and sync. If, on the other hand, your current iPod is the only place holding some of your media then see this user tip: Recover your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device.

if you have a Windows computer you need to have Windows Media Player 11 installed to "see" your S3's directories/folders when you attach it via USB .. this drove me crazy for a week trying to figure out as NO WHERE in the tutorials does it mention you need, at least for Windows XP, to install the latest WindowsMediaPlayer for Windows to recognize an Android phone and see it's files and folders
You'll find your pictures in the Gallery folder as I recall .. you can simply copy or cut them into your computer as if the S3 were another connected computer (which it is ) -

Welcome to the Apple Community.
First check that all your settings are correct, that notes syncing (mail and notes on a computer) is checked on all devices (system preferences > iCloud on a mac and settings > iCloud on a iPhone, iPad or iPod).
Make sure the notes you are adding are added to your 'iCloud' account and not an 'On My Mac', 'On My Phone' or other non iCloud account (you can do this by checking in accounts on an iOS device, or the left side panel in mail on a computer), non iCloud notes will not sync.
If you are sure that everything is set up correctly and your notes are in the iCloud group, you might try unchecking notes syncing (mail and notes on a computer) in the iCloud settings, restarting your device and then re-enabling notes syncing.
