I synced my phone with 2 computers by mistake, how do I unsync it?

I had my iPhone synced with my iTunes on my MacBook Air, set to wirelessly sync automatically
By mistake, I plugged my phone into my iTunes on my iMac.  It automatically also set it to wirelessly sync automatically.
Since it is set to wirelessly sync, when I plug it in to charge, it tries to sync with both.  Or, it might sync with one, then later, sync with the other.  This causes problems with my media.
If, on my iMac, I uncheck the wirelss sync, it unchecks it also in the MacBook Air.  Then when I recheck it on my MacBook Air, it rechecks it on my iMac automatically.
I can't seem to get it to only sync with the MacBook Air without having it sync with the iMac as well.
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
-Lee

You can try deleting the device's backup on one of the computers. I'm just guessing this because I was not able to do a wireless sync until I made a backup on the computer manually.
Thank you for choosing Apple.
