Just because I have an imac pre 2007 why can I not order photo albums???!!
I spent hours building a photo album for my parents only to find out that because my mac is earlier than 2007, even though I have 10.6.8, I can no longer order?! What is with that? This makes no sense. I can go online to various "photo shop" place and regardless of the OS and computer I am working from I can order a photo album so why can I no longer do this through iPhoto on my MAC?
How do I order my album now? If somebody could please explain as I am going home in 1 month and really wanted to surprise my aging parents with this book.I found this:

I updated the epson printer drivers like it asked, only to find out that my epson 1400 is not compatible on 10.8, the original driver worked fine, but now it prints terrible, how do I re-install back to original?
Do you have a TM backup or a clone? If so, erase the drive and restore with TM or clone back.
If not you'll have to reformat and re-install the OS that shipped with your Mac. If it shipped with Lion or ML you can do the restore from your Recovery Volume

You bought the wrong phone. Sprint will normally only unlock for existing customers, so it's highly unlikely that you will be able to get that iPhone unlocked. Return it to the seller and buy an iPhone that is either locked to the network you wish to use, or is officially unlocked.
Note that many private sellers and unauthorized dealers lie about the unlock status, so you need to proceed with extreme caution. You may well end up with a phone that's locked to someone else's Apple ID, quite possibly stolen, and hence useless to you. I'd strongly suggest you buy your iPhone only from an authoried reseller, of which none of Amazon's affiliates are.

If the mac knows that a disk was not ejected properly why doesn't it tell me which one? Would that be making life too easy for non computer nerds????

All External Hard Drives, Flash Drives, Camera Cards, iPods, iPads etc. need to be ejected before you disconnect them. Likewise you may also get that message from any of the above mentioned devices if it is going bad, has a bad cord or a flaky connection.
To check your Console Log Messages, go to: Applications > Utilities > Console and select All Messages.
On that note, it would also help greatly if we knew what external device(s) you are using with your iMac?

hello kevinhorn, you may have malicious software present on your system which causes those pop-ups. please perform all these steps:

# afterwards go to the firefox menu ≡ > addons > extensions and in case there are still extensions listed there, disable them.
# finally run a full scan of your system with different security tools like the [http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free free version of malwarebytes] and [http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/adwcleaner/ adwcleaner] to make sure that adware isn't present in other places of your system as well.

How can I get tv on demands working on my iPad as wanted to watch my program but it says HTML5 not supported on this, so any ideas that can help?
HTML5 is supported on the iPad but I assume that the site that you are going to doesn't yet support it. Does the site have it's own app - here in the UK the TV channels have their own apps, plus there are apps such as TVCatchup.

iTunes automatically download an updated version of an app which I do not want to. Please advise if there is way to restore the previous version of that app, without losing the data in that app.

I hope someone can help me.
I wanna copy my pictures to an external hard drive. Therefore I was trying to format my Seagate 1TB external drive (so it works with the Mac), but my Disk utilities is not working as it should (don't know why). I can't open it. If I try "Show packet contents", I do see that it has some kind of content, but I don't know what to do with the content haha. So I was trying different things. Accidentally I moved my iPhoto library to Macintosh HD in Finder (instead of my external drive). Now I have 2 problems: I can't open my iPhoto anymore (can't excess the pictures) and my external hard drive is still not formatted (so I can use it for my MacBook Air 2010)... Who knows whats the best I can do, is there a way to fix this?

HannekeSolved! I transferred iPhoto library to Trash and just transferred them back to Pictures in Finder. The problem with my external HDD: I just restarted the Mac and suddenly Disk Utilities did work. I don't know what happened, but it works again; me happy

If you have an iPad 1 then you cannot upgrade to iOS7, you can only go to iOS 5.1.1
to update, connect your iPad to the computer you normally sync with. Update iTUnes. Do a full back up of your device onto that computer. Then download and install the update. Once the update is done the computer will restore your iPad from the backup that you just made and you should lose nothing. -
After purchasing a song in the iTunes store, the song was downloaded, but when I went to play it, it was not completely recorded. How can I get a refund or download it again without being charged again on my account?
Hi Dan,
If the song does not appear in your Purchased folder, then you can go back to the Store, select the song again, go select "Buy", and press Enter. iTunes knows you already purchased it, so it won't charge you again. It will, in fact, tell you that you have already purchased this item, and will ask you if you want to download it again for free....
Just in case it is not to be found in the Purchased folder!
