I tried restoring my iMac 27" slim. I followed the steps erased my data then to reinstall osx mavericks. Now that I'm trying to reinstall osx mavericks for whatever reason it doesn't completes. Can you help me out?

That's not quite the proper way as far as I can tell. Usually, one boots directly into the Recovery HD using COMMAND and R keys at startup. If you cannot do that then most likely there is a problem with the hard drive. Since this is a new computer i would make a Genius Appointment and take it in for service.

Are you not able to log into your account and change your account details e.g. via Store > View My Account on a computer's iTunes ?

Have you tried logging out of your account on the phone by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Stores and then logging back in and seeing if that 'refreshes' the account on it ?

Thank you for posting your list of installed Extensions. One of them might be intercepting the menu command. Since you have the Add-on Compatibility Reporter, it's possible that an older add-on that doesn't actually work well with Firefox 5 could be to blame. Could you try disabling the "HP Smart Web Printing" extension and see whether that makes any difference?
Also, you can simulate a print button on a web site by pasting this to the location bar and pressing Enter. You also can save it as a bookmark for easier access (when scripts are saved as bookmarks, we call them bookmarklets). Hopefully you won't need it for long.

This issue can be caused by corrupted cookies or cookies that are blocked.
*check the permissions on the about:permissions page and in "Tools > Page Info > Permissions"

Clear the cache and remove cookies only from websites that cause problems.
"Clear the Cache":
*Firefox/Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"

I am not being critical, but you seem to want Safari to behave exactly like Chrome. Every software developer has a plan. Sometimes features in one product parallel other products - sometime not. There might be some things available that would help you. Do not hold your breath, however, for suggestions from people who use these forums. Most of us use (and like) Apple products. If you wish to make suggestions for future improvements, there is a feedback area on this web site that Apple employees read/review.
Candidly, your approach would be akin to suggesting that Apple emulate the "features" in Windows (heaven forbid).
I use Safari (and have for years). I use Firefox (not a bad product) as my alternate browser.
Sorry for what appears to be a pedantic lecture. However, I think most of us adapt to different products if we really want to use them.

Can anyone help me restore an ipod itouch ,tried restore on itunes but it fails everytime the error code says it's a conection problem i have 2 computers and tried all usb ports but keephaving the same problem ,even bought a new connection cable

Went to update the ipod touch and it wiped out everything , Itunes keeps trying to restore it but fails everytime giving me an error that it cannot see my ipod yet it sees it and tries to restore it everytime i connect the ipod to the pc , the help file suggested i reinstall the latest version of I tunes so i did i tried using different ports on 2 computers and also bought a new connection cable but still won't restore can anyone help?

If it doesn't come back after you restore the iPad, it sounds like you've damaged the hardware, you'll need to take it to Apple or an authorized service center.

Faxing to multiple fax numbers ...it doesn't work, can you help?

I need to send one fax to multiple recipients. In the Help section, it says that once I've opened the FAX window, I can open the address book by clicking on the address book icon. That works, but when I click on a group or even just one address I get a beep sound and no results. So it's not letting me. I tried on another Mac and got the same thing. I CAN type in a fax number , but I don't want to sit there and type in all the fax numbers every time. The fax help SAYS I can, but I can't. Does anyone know why this isn't working? Can someone help? Thanks!!!!!!

Try resetting it. Hold down the Sleep and the Home buttons until the Apple logo displays on the screen. This will not have any effect on your data.

Is Safari application there?
If Safari is still there, open it from there.
Otherwise you have to reinstall the OS X.
