I am currently on AT&T right now. My billing cycle ends on October 18th which is 4 days after I should get the new iPhone 4S. I am planning to switch to Verizon so I also know that if you don't activate your phone, verizon will not start the billing cycle (for up to 14 days, after that which if you still have not activated the phone, Verizon will charge you full retail price). So while I wait 4 days for my AT&T billing cycle to be over, can I just stick my AT&T sim card into the iPhone 4S and then use AT&T without having to activate on Verizon? (after 4 days I will activate on Verizon). thank you!

You will NOT be able to buy a Verizon iPhone 4S and walk out without having it activated on the spot. In addition, you will NOT be able to put an AT&T SIM into a Verizon iPhone 4S. If they treat it like their other world phones, it will only take a SIM issued by Verizon and provisioned for International roaming. -

You probably need to either uninstall and reinstall itunes or to download the apple application support by itself

I just downloaded iTunes 9 and i do not want to upgrade any further, so when i plug in my iPhone iPhoto recognizes it as a iPhone/camera but iTunes does not recognize it. any help would be appreciated.

How do I update my iOS? I have the iPad 1 and have tried over and over to try and update the iOS version to iOS 5.1, nothing works it will start updating then say that it did not update? PLEASE HELP!!! P.s I'm running newest version of iTunes.
Connect your iPad to your computer and let iTunes back up your iPad. After it does that disconnect it and go into your settings under general and under reset and select erase all content. After you do that reconnect to your computer, open iTunes and follow the screen options to set up your iPad as new. Once it is done doing that see if you have the latest version of iOS installed and if it does then either download gain the apps you had before or restore them from the backup made previous.

Hi Try the number 0000 or 1234 If this doesn't work ask for a PUCK code from your sim provider Also try the Passcode you use when you turn iPad on Its a good think to have a simlock because if you lose your iPhone /iPad someone can use your Simcard If it's not got a lock on. Cheers Brian

Next would be to make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since you likely have a hardware problem. -

Says (under Compatibility) that iPod nano 4th gen and later are supported ["Requires software version 1.0.3 for iPod nano (4th generation)"]. If your nano is 3rd gen or earlier, it will still work for audio, but some control buttons may not work. -
My iPhone 4S accidentally fell into a very shallow bit of water. The phone was wet, but worked afterwards for a short bit. Now it's not working, so I called and got a replacement phone coming. Same exact phone. Can I use the old Sim card in the new phone without harming anything? I don't know if the sim card got messed up or not, but I had a lot of pictures and messages and my contacts on my phone, and I assume these were on the sim card or am I wrong? I just wan to know if I can use the old sim card if it's still working in the new phone that is coming, as long as there was no damage to it? Thanks
I think I had it on the iCloud, I just changed computers and had part of my old computer backed up, where are the default iTunes info saved like the pictures and I know my contacts were backed up cuz I kept getting updated stuff that I wasn't sure about, but it was contacts where some belonged to my wife's contacts....but anyway, if the cloud backed up contacts, it should have grabbed pictures too? Like I asked before, if they were backed up to the computer, is there a default iTunes folder they are saved to? I had a crap load of pictures on there that I usually could really access if I was connected to wi-fi. I turned off my data stuff as I only have 4GB and between me and my 2 kids, we seemed to use up a lot of it. My son would play music from Pandora during work, and use up all our data til I limited him to only 3GB, my daughter and I barely used 1GB. Anyway, thanks to everybody that is answering. I thought I might have done good finding the dang sim card, but pointless I guess.

Sorry guys, I don't know a **** of a lot about cell phones, but I do know about memory cards, but not sim cards that act like memory cards or look like them anyway. What is the purpose of a sim card if I may ask a stupid question since they don't hold any data from my phone stuff. I have iPhone 4s. I downloaded iTunes to my PC and when I connected my iPhone to the PC iTunes showed a message that my device's time limit has expired. So iTunes doesn't allow me to transfer files from my iPhone to my PC .

When I've had a similar problem, it was because I was accessing the iTunes store from a device I hadn't used before, such as when I upgraded from an iPad 1 to the iPad 2. It was a little confusing to me until I figured it out.
All I had to do was use the ID of my existing account and play along with the iTunes store. As I recall, it asked for my password twice, and the security code from the back of my credit card. After that, downloads proceeded as before.

Computer freezes when inserting a USB Bus Card into the slot.
I use this card as a way to capture video in FCE. I also have 2 external HD's which I use a scratch disks. I have used this configuration in the past and it has worked properly, however now, when I insert my USB card into the slot the computer freezes, has to be shut down, and I get this error message.

Can I use a CDMA (VZ) iPhone 6 with a GSM SIM card outside the US?
I'm planning on purchasing my first iPhone--a 6. I'm debating between Verizon (VZ) and AT&T and understand that VZ uses CDMA and AT&T uses GSM. I'm hoping to have a phone which I could use a local wireless carrier's GSM SIM card outside the US if I'm traveling. I've done this with unlocked GSM phones in the past and would like that option in the future--but I'm wondering if I were to get a VZ (CDMA) phone if that'd be possible? Likewise, if one's outside the US do you have to use an unlocked phone for a local wireless carriers's GSM SIM to work?
