I tried to register an Iphone 4S and don't know what to do.. PLEASE HELP!

I tried to register my mums phone and it said it would send a email but hasnt... and theres no service or anything on the Iphone 4s..
and i dont know what to do next... Please Help me!!

It sounds like you are having trouble installing the iOS 8 update. I would start by restarting your iPhone:
Turn your iOS device off and on (restart) and reset
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button on the top of your device until the red slider appears. Then drag the slider to turn your device completely off.
After the device turns off, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button again until you see the Apple logo.
If you are still unable to update the phone, you can also update it with iTunes on your computer:
Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch iOS software

Please the first thing you should do is to restart your device. Go the sleep wake button and hold down on it for 4-5 seconds waiting for the 'slide to shut off' message to appear. Once the device is turned off go ahead and restart the device. If this does not resolve the issue then go to the area on the front of your device to the app that reads 'settings' from settings>general>reset>reset network settings. Clicking on reset network settings will not erase any data only will reset the network settings apart of your iphone., Once the reset has completed you will then need to go back to settings to wi/fi and plug in the name and password of your wi/fi prior to using it.

Ok I bought my iPhone 4S 5 months ago and these recent weeks I have had problems with the battery dying at 50% like completely shutting off meanwhile it has 50% battery I don't know what to do please help
I couldn't find the edit button on my original post so I am posting an update here.
I have gone through more apps and have had good luck on all but one more. And it's not that the app doesn't work, I am talking about the Yahoo Weather app, It works fine, but when you swipe between cities the screen lags a bit and it sometimes doesn't move between pages the way it should. On iOS 7.1.2 it was smooth as butter but on iOS 8.0, not so much. I will post a note in the app store to let them know. I really like the Yahoo app better than the new stock app.
I have been going through my games and they all work fine. Angry Birds (Original and Stella), Canabalt, Minecraft, Bejeweled 2, Silly Walks, PopWords, Doodle Jump, Deep Green all seem to work just fine.
Starbucks app works as it should.
I will stop back again next week after I have had the weekend to play with it in detail and post my thoughts again. -
My ipod touch 2nd generation 8gb wont turn on, i was on my way to my next class at school and it just randomly shut off, its been off ever sense and i don't know whats wrong, it had a good charge and i don't know what to do please help me.

I dropped my ipod 4th generation in water, and I turned it on without knowing that it might never turn on again. I don't know what to do, pleae help me!!!
You could well be looking at a new iPod, but this will only cost you a couple of bucks, and a little time. Worth trying, but it maybe to late, (I just don't want to give you any false hope.) Turn your iPod off and leave it off, do not attempt to charge it or use until you dry your iPod out. Put it in a sealed bag of rice for at least 7 to 10 days. change the rice daily. If (and it's a "BIG" if) your lucky after drying the iPod it will start up when you turn on the power. You may need to charge it for at least 30 minutes to get some signs of life. If it does not turn on after charging attempt a reset, press and hold both the power and home buttons together for about 15 seconds until the Apple logo appears, then release both buttons. If your iPod turns on, check that all is working. If you get it to work the first thing you should be is back up everything on your iPod to your computer, no guarantee it will continue to work. Water does bad things to electronic toys. If it doesn't work your only out a couple of bucks, then it's time for new toys. You may want to look at replacing with a refurbished iPod, about 1/2 of new. my ipod touch screen has turned bright white. the things are visible but partially and when shift the screen it leaves trails behind. i dont know what to do help please.
Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try another cable
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

Are you updating through the phone or through iTunes on a pc/mac?
The time it takes to download the update depends on the speed of the internet connection you are using. -

If you can't remember the Passcode, restore the device from the computer it was last synced with by placing the iPod in reocvery mode.

I've this problem and don't know what to do , i'n trying to follow these steps so i'm asking how to turn off photo syncing and to sync my device
As the article you attached says, "Within iTunes, select the device, then select the Photos pane and turn off syncing."
In other words, once you click on the device in iTunes on your computer (with the iPhone attached), you then click "Photos" near the top and uncheck the "sync photos" box.
Then you sync your device by clicking something in the lower right (it probably says "Apply", but it might say "Sync"). -
I'm installing the new OS and iPhone is asking for a password to "restore" my iPhone, but I've never used a password for the phone and don't know what it is! Can anyone help??
You selected Encrypt iPhone Backups in iTunes. Then you entered a password.
It would be that specific password it is asking for.
