I try to search in itunes store and keep getting a runtime error R6025 - help!

I keep trying to search for music in the itunes store and I get runtime error R6025 then itunes shuts down.  Help!

Link for the previous fix:
http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2292
Just an update that I did get the error once after the fix but now seems to have gone away completely. All I did after the error recurred was to add a new desktop shortcut and run as administrator. I then deleted the shortcut and went back to my usual quick access icon in the taskbar.
Hope this helps.

First try updating to iTunes 11.1.5.5, using an installer downloaded from the Apple website:

  • Trying to buy from itunes store and keep getting pushed back to sign in screen

I'm a long-time itunes user, but yesterday I went to buy a new video and update some apps, and the program keeps pushing me back to the signin screen, asking for credit card security, etc.  When I finish, I get the same login screen.  I've sent please to Apple and get nothing but standard reply of "we're working on it."  Has anyone else had this problem and, if so, were you able to fix it yourself?  if so, please advise.

We are using wireless...guess it's 3G. Are not having internet problems, synced with the computer even. Can't seem to get anything with iTunes even though we are signed in.

They told me its software on my computer restricting access to my Internet Connection, but I haven't installed any new software since my last purchase from the iTunes Store. Hello there Julfos,
I recommend this part of the article named iTunes: How to resume interrupted iTunes Store downloads found here http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1725.
If you cannot complete the download on your device, you can finish the download in iTunes on your computer and then sync it to your device. For instructions, see the following articles:
iTunes Store: Where can I download and sync my purchases?
iTunes Store: Transferring purchases from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to a computer
    Additional Information
If your purchase does not resume downloading after following the steps in this article, you can also try the following steps to troubleshoot the download issue.
    Restart your computer or device.
Check for updates for your Mac or PC and install any software updates. Also, check for and install updates for any security software you may have (anti-virus, anti-malware, firewall, and so on).
If using Wi-Fi for Internet access, try using a different Wi-Fi network when downloading. If you are connecting to a home network, try restarting your Wi-Fi router. Also, check for and install any firmware updates for your Wi-Fi router. (Refer the manufacturer's website for your router to get information on updating its firmware).
If that does not resolve the issue then I recommend quitting all the apps running with this article, and trying again.
iOS: Force an app to close
    http://support.apple.com/kb/ht5137
Perhaps even forgetting your home network and rejoining it.
Tap Settings > Wi-Fi and locate the Wi-Fi network to which you are connected. Then tap > and Forget this Network. Try to connect to your desired Wi-Fi network again.
    Or resetting your network settings.
Reset network settings by tapping Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
Note: This will reset all network settings including: previously connected Wi-Fi networks and passwords, recently used Bluetooth accessories, VPN and APN settings.

    All the very best,

  • HT1923 I downloaded the latest iTunes version and now get the following error message: "This copy of iTunes is corrupted or is not installed correctly. Please re-install iTunes." Can anyone provide suggestions on what I should do next?

I downloaded the latest iTunes version and now get the following error message: "This copy of iTunes is corrupted or is not installed correctly. Please re-install iTunes." Can anyone provide suggestions on what I should do next?

Let's try a repair install of iTunes first.
Restart the PC. If you're using Vista or 7, now head into your Uninstall a program control panel, select "iTunes" and then click "Repair". If you're using XP, head into your Add or Remove Programs control panel, select "iTunes", click "Change" and then click "Repair".
Can you launch your iTunes now?

  • HT204406 when matching my music with ITunes store I keep getting error notification

when matching my music with ITunes store I keep getting the followig message after a while: "A problem caused program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available. Could someone tell me how can I fix this problem.
It keeps disconnecting me and my music stops playing. Thank you

Since about Feb 1 2012 was having this same problem - seemingly started after I had downloaded latest iTunes and Lion updates. I got the error both when trying to update apps on iPhone 4S and MacBook Pro.
I found the solution on another discussion list.  My iTunes account had an "&" in the name.  I edited the account details through iTunes and this solved the problem immediately.

  • I am trying to load iTunes and keep getting a error 126 and reinstall program.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice and keep getting the same error message.  How can this be resolved.

I am trying to load iTunes and keep getting a error 126 and reinstall program.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice and keep getting the same error message.  How can this be resolved?

Go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs (Win XP) or Programs and Features (later)
Remove all of these items in the following order:
    iTunes
    Apple Software Update
Apple Mobile Device Support (if this won't uninstall move on to the next item)
    Bonjour
    Apple Application Support
Reboot, download iTunes, then reinstall, either using an account with administrative rights, or right-clicking the downloaded installer and selecting Run as Administrator.
The uninstall and reinstall process will preserve your iTunes library and settings, but ideally you would back up the library and your other important personal documents and data on a regular basis. See this user tip for a suggested technique.
    Please note:
Some users may need to follow all the steps in whichever of the following support documents applies to their system. These include some additional manual file and folder deletions not mentioned above.
