I uninstalled the operating system to wipe it because I was going to sell it. I thought I had the right CD to re-install everything but I don't! Any ideas?

Since you said the computer had seen an upgrade in OS X, the last possible
version and most likely installed would have been from a Leopard 10.5 DVD
retail install disc; so if you have one of those, that would do the job...
IF image of the retail box does not appear below, the cover was all black w/
a black X, and a purple swirl behind it of a galaxy. The label would have a
number and the 10.5 system identifier. It would not be a gray label disc.
https://www.apple.com/support/leopard/
Of course to call Apple as recommended by Klaus is way to see about getting
the disc set for the model, and would be a fair part number to include with it
if available. Any installed OS X should (where applicable) have the DVD, too.
The Disc is the proof of license; and unless a 'family pack', one install per DVD.
There may be a generic white label 'replacement 10.5 DVD' from Apple support
as had been noted by a few ASC discussion participants, that was for any PPC
mac that could run or be upgraded to Leopard 10.5. A full install disc of the OS X.
This was available for a time, for a reasonable fee. Also, a more rare DVD version
I have, that is a full installer on bootable DVD, says 'drop in' 10.5. and did not
require an older OS X to be installed & running prior to using that to upgrade. Do
not plan on finding one of those, but I have the actual rare disc at my Mac, now.
{Also have an as-new retail boxed set, bought from a moving sale, cost me $10.}
In any event...
Good luck & happy computing!

Ipod does not sinc with all of my Itunes library, only the first few albums. I recently changed my operating system to XP from Vista, which was a pain, and due to my fault had to reinstate most of my albums and all of the playlists. How do I get my Ipod to sinc fully when I access Itunes?

Try holding the buttons longer--at least a minute or until you see the Apple logo light up.

I have just downloaded the latest operating system onto my 4S. I now can't get notifications on Whatsapp or Viber. Message says to connect to itunes but I can't seem to make it work. Any suggestions?
You need iTunes version 11 for iOS 7.
iTunes version 11 requires OS X 10.6.8 or later...
Click on the Apple icon.. Top left in Finder...

My Kindle app suddenly stopped working on my iPhone 4s. All my software is up to date and I have restarted the phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it still opens and shuts down instantly. Any ideas?
We need clarification here.
Please don't just state version numbers, also state which software. iTunes 10.7 requires OSX 10.6.8 or higher. Leopard is OSX 10.5.8. You have two alternatives right now. One is to stay with Leopard for a while (ultimately you should upgrade) and install iTunes 10.6.3 which is the last version to work with Leopard. This should work with iOS6 on an iPhone4. The other is to call Apple and order OSX 10.6 (Snow Leopard) and upgrade the computer to 10.6.8 which will allow you to run iTunes 10.7. The caveat is we know nothing about which computer you run and if it even can run any system higher than Leopard.
Here is iTunes 10.6.3
iTunes 10.6.3 - http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1575
If you want to try upgrading:
Get more information about your computer. Go to the Apple in the upper left corner of any window, then "About this Mac" and "More Info..." Copy and paste the information here, but omit the serial number and Hardware UUID (if present). If it says something about Intel or Core Duo or Core 2 Duo in the processor you can upgrade to Snow Leopard (assuming you have sufficient RAM/"memory"). If it says PPC or PowerMac, you cannot.
Kappy 08/2012 post on upgrading to Snow Leopard, then Lion or Mountain Lion - https://discussions.apple.com/message/19401628 - including how to get Snow Leopard and Lion since Apple removed them from the online store.
It would help when posting issues here if you would state exact error messages you see. "It's still not working!" while a description of the situation does not speed us to a diagnosis of the underlying issue. -

I gave my mom I old iPhone 4s when I got the new one, I didn't wipe it because it was some stuff on there she wanted. I erased my email account from the phone but she still receives my emails. Where do I need to go to stop her from getting them?
Restore the phone as new.
Load the content she wants on there. -
My time Capsule is now 3 months in operation and now every day shutdown automatically and the power is completely off and my network is down. Any idea what is happening?
The Time Capsule has a defective power supply and it needs to be exchanged as soon as possible. Soon, you will not be able to power it back up at all after it shuts down.
Take the Time Capsule to an Apple Store, if you have one near you, or contact Apple Support to get the process started.

Itunes will not launch, it shows message of "itunes library .itl" can not be read because it was created by a newer version of itunes. I tried opene it in save mode but I had the same problem.
If you still have an issue you may have to see about using the iTunes version (application) included with Snow Leopard 10.6 from the installer or an another one if available online, and see if that will install.
Sometimes you may have uninstall the bits left in your system by the earlier (or later) iTunes installers; as they all leave a trace and these can stop a different version of iTunes from being installed.
Not sure if the following site/link will tell the method...

I used time machine to restore on a formatted MAC. Now the HDD space has reduced by 100GB but I cannot see any of the files. How do I find and delete those 100GB data from the HDD?

Not necessarily. I'd suggest downloading and installing the "combo" update. That's a combination (thus the clever name) of all the updates to Leopard since it was first released, so installing it should fix anything that's gone wrong since then, such as with one of the normal "point" updates. Info and download available at: http://support.apple.com/downloads/MacOS_X_10_5_8_ComboUpdate Be sure to do a +Repair Permissions+ via Disk Utility (in your Applications/Utilities folder) afterwards. -
i installed win 7 on my mac book, and the sound driver was installed successfully, but i don't hear any sound, please help
Is the volume muted? Click on the volume icon in the system tray to see if it shows as muted. If that's the case, I know of a workaround to fix this because if you unmute the speakers now, the condition will come back when you reboot your computer. I don't know the exact steps off the top of my head at the moment as I'm not in front of my machine. Check this first and reply if muting was the problem and I will detail the steps needed to fix the problem.

When launching Illustrator on Mac OSX 10.9 I get an error that the program is no longer supported on PowerPC. I tried moving the plug-ins to a different folder as the Adobe site suggested but no luck. Any ideas how to get this launched again? Same issue for Photoshop and InDesign
You will need to uninstall, run the Cleaner tool and reinstall you adobe applications. Adobe apps don't take kindly to inplace updates of the OS on Macs.

i have lost my ipad in the lecture room just 2 hours ago, but i donot have any other apple divices and i donot instoll itues in my computer, the only thing i got was my account number and my email. so what can i do to find it??
Change your iTunes (Apple ID) password along with any other password that was stored in the iPod. If any passwords are associated with credit cards, contact the CC company and get your card replaced (with a new number). If any passwords are associated with your bank or any savings institution, contact them also and discuss approprate action with them.
The "Find my..." function is pretty much useless if the device is in the hands of a thief. All that is necessary is for the thief to connect to any computer with iTunes and "Restore as new."
The only real protection you have is with the personal information on the device rather than the physical device itself. This requires action before the device is lost/stolen. If the device has significant personal information, it should have a strong 8-digit (or longer) password AND be configured for automatic wipe in the event of ten consecutive incorrect password entries.
