I updated to the newest version of FIREFOX and now my NETFLIX won't play, YOUTUBE videos will not play. I was one of the people that donated to you this year.
Hello Mozilla/FIREFOX I just updated to your latest version and now my NETFLIX nor my YOUTUBE plays anymore. I just get a black space without any volume or play symbols - this isn't working for me. I donated to your organization as I am a supporter but you'll need to honor your side of the street. What are you guys doing to fix this and by when will it be resolved?

This is a copy of ONEof the keys in the registry I changed as told by Apple support today. I also have changed others as instructed by GEAR software support to manually delete GEAR drivers (that I had installed but couldn't delete some of the others they mentioned from Windows system 32. Then some bright spark at work told me I need the Gear drivers so I downloaded the software and installed again.

They are different problems because I doubt that iTunes has been able to modify Mail, that has nothing to do with iTunes.
As you are running 10.7.4, download and install OS X 10.7.5, the most recent Lion version > http://support.apple.com/kb/dl1582 After installing the update, you should be able to run Mail -
I have windows XP, just updated to the newest version and not none of my themes work. It's just all white for my tabs and tool bar. Very hard to see. I've reinstalled the themes and nothing works.

I am running an HP Pavilion dv7 Notebook PC, Windows 7 Home Premium, with an HP SimplePass for security and password storage. With the previous Firefox, when I would open a website that had sign in and password information, the fingerprint icon would come up in the top left hand side, and I could swipe my finger and it automatically entered the information. When I recently updated to the latest version of firefox, this option is no longer available. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Go to msn.com for example: at the top of their page they have clickable link to hotmail. When I upgraded to Firefox 7 this link no longer works. Same thing happens with my yahoo mail, gmail and hotmail. If you open up yahoo mail for example; I can not click on the signout tab.... it doesn't function with firefox 7. I worked prior to uploading new version. I don't have that problem on my windows 7 platform.
That problem can be caused by the Yahoo! Toolbar that extents too much downwards and covers the top part of the browser window and thus makes links in that part of the screen not clickable.

It's not the Mac that's the problem, it's your OS. For Tiger you can only use FF v3.6.13 which is the last version for PPC Macs and Tiger.
If you want to go any higher you will need to upgrade to Leopard or SL or you can download TenFourFox G5 which is what I use on my Tiger G5 iMac. It's actually FF for PPC Macs and those who are still using the older OSes.

I can't answer the first question below because it NEVER open anymoreI have the shortcuts on my browser to the sites that I go to frequently. It's when I press those buttons (which have always worked before and I checked their URLs) it takes me to the Yahoo Page not Found page. But then when I click the shortcut button again, it usually works.

First, make sure hidden folders are viewable. You can do that using Windows Explorer or My Computer > Tools > Folder Options > View tab. Look for the radio buttons to show or not to show hidden files and folders.
Now look for C:\Documents and Settings\''username''\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles or some part of that path, or your actual profile folder, which would have had a semi-random name, typically ending with default, or the bookmarkbackups folder, which is the ultimate prize.

To recover your old Firefox settings folder (profile folder), try using a utility like Piriform's Recuva:

That needs to run ASAP before deleted files are overwritten.

I just downloaded the new version of Firefox and now every site I used to use such as Facebook, Twitter, and Youtube show "This Connection Is Untrusted". Even when I do accept the risks the site no longer looks the way it's looked for years. Twitter doesn't even give me the option to accept the risks at all and shows this error (Error code: sec_error_unknown_issuer). I've tried resetting Firefox, I've checked the time and date, and I've removed and added Firefox to see if that would work. Nothing seems to be working so I can see the sites the way they normally would be instead of "coded". Can anybody help me please?!!! Thanks
ok, unfortunately the fiddler2.com issuer in certificates might be a sign of unwanted software present on your pc that is intercepting secure network traffic. please go into the system control panel and uninstall programs like BrowserSafeguard, BrowserSafe, SafeGuard or other software that sounds suspicious and didn't get installed by you intentionally.

Use CTRL+B to put the top menu bar back on screen. Add File to Library and Add Folder to Library are both under File.
