I used to have a customised "skin" but now it is not there, why?

I now have a grey menu line at the top and I had chosen to have an orange one I can't find out how to get it back. Also there used to be a Firefox button on the extreme top left of the menu bar and in this I could choose to print preview before I printed off a page - sometimes the orientation needed to be adjusted - and I can't find this. This button used to also allow me to send a link to the page by email - where is this?
I really hate it when useful features like this are just taken away just because somebody thinks that it will be more "modern".
I also play some Facebook games and there can be a delay in these. My husband keeps telling me to change over to Chrome as this works faster on his PC which is right next to mine. I have resisted so far but I must admit that this latest "update" has left me wondering if I should stay with Firefox!!!!

the print preview & send a link buttons are still be there & you can customize firefox to your flavour to an extend your husband's browser probably isn't able to do: [[Customize Firefox controls, buttons and toolbars]]

If you are now in the US then you can only use the US store, so you should update the address on your account

Had you copied the songs over to your computer's iTunes library, do they show in the Music section on it ? You can copy purchases that you still have on your iPad over to your computer's iTunes library via the File > Devices > Transfer Purchases menu option

When you have a problem with one particular site, a good "first thing to try" is clearing your Firefox cache and deleting your saved cookies for the site.
(1) Bypass Firefox's Cache
Use Ctrl+Shift+r to reload the page fresh from the server.

Url used to show in the url box when opening from a shortcut or email, but now it's not there. If I refresh the page it is. How do I get this back the way I like it?

The url of the website that I'm visiting used to show in the url box when I opened from a shortcut or email. But not it's not there unless I refresh the page. I've looked and haven't found a way to set this so that it works like it used to. I liked being able to click in the address bar and copy the link, or even to look there and see where I am.

I'm unable to check it in safe mode because the only time it happens is when I click a link and have not firefox open. For example if I would click a link in my email right now, it would open in another tab and show the address of the link I clicked. But if I didn't not have this window open and clicked alink, it would open a new window and I wouldn't be able to see the url.

Purchased a TV show(Dragon's Den)but now it is not there....what's up?

Well, .... i purchased the TV show Dragon's Den (season two and also season three) which I just love but as i was watching the download processing icons the season two downloaded into the iTunes library but season three did not.... this was because my start up disk was too full , ... so downloading stopped. So i have the receipt for the purchase of both of these seasons but i only have one of the TV seaons.
I went out and bought a Lacie external hard drive so i can transfer all my iTunes library and iPhoto library (as well as other things) so i do not clog up my iMac. I have yet to do this as i have only formatted this new drive and i haven't yet learned exactly how to transfer entire libraries to this hard drive.
My question is this: do i have to pay AGAIN to download this TV content? ....

Well, you shouldn't. Once you have everything on the external hard drive, open iTunes. Go to the Store Menu, then click Check For Available Downloads. If that doesn't work, give Apple tech support a call and see if they can get you another copy. However, Apple usually doesn't give people content back, so if checking for available downloads doesn't work, you may be stuck.

A possible cause is security software (firewall) that blocks or restricts Firefox or the plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.
Remove all rules for Firefox from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full unrestricted access to internet for Firefox and the plugin-container process and the updater process.

First thing to try is to reset your device. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart. See if that fixes your problem.

I do not appear to have the "main" Firefox tab in the top left corner to enable me to clear history. I have reinstalled FF but it is still not there.

In the Firefox help video they show a Firefox icon in the very top left of the window. This is a drop down tab where one of the items is the clear history option. I do not have this tab and have tried reinstalling Firefox but it is still not there. On the video it is shown above the File / Edit / View etc options.

If you don't have the Firefox button, you're using the classic view. To restore the new view of Firefox (Changed in Version 4):
* View > Toolbars > Menubar [Uncheck]
In Firefox 6 you can use this to clear your history/other offline content:
Click on the Firefox button on top left part of your browser:
* History > Clear Recent History
There you can select what you want to clear.
If you want to see the menu bar you can press alt on your keyboard so you can see file/view/...
Also for activating it to always be there follow this (Classic view of Firefox):
* Firefox > Options > Menu Bar

The iPod's firmware is corrupt. You'll need to restore it again in iTunes. If necessary, place the iPod in recovery mode for iTunes to recognize the device. Use the instructions in this Apple support document to walk you through the process of placing the iPod Touch into recovery mode.

Content is forever tied to the Apple ID that bought it. Apple does not transfer content from one Apple Id to another. Apple does not merge Apple IDs. You will never be able to access your content bought with another Apple ID with a new ID.

You appear to have an iPhone 5. Snipsnap 2.4.2, the current version, says it works on iPhone 5, iOS 5.0 or later. Why do you want an out of date version of the app?
