I've just purchased CC and can't download the creative cloud app? Help would be appreciated! :)

I can't download the Creative Cloud App?
After purchasing CC Complete, it says to click here to download the app and it just takes me to a white page with the four loading squares that just keep circling.
If necessary to know, I have a MacBook Pro and great internet connection.

    So, padraig, five weeks later, have you had any luck seeing this resolved?
    Chat sessions with two different support techs, and Error 204 still prevents my CC update install.
    Meanwhile my boss is paying for CC while I continue to use CS4.
    I know I'll have to go back to Adobe support, but I'm hoping someone will find a solution and post it in the forum.

    MissJayne please see the following blog post regarding the Creative Cloud packager - http://blogs.adobe.com/jnack/2013/04/whats-the-creative-cloud-packager.html.  This would allow you to create installation packages which could be run from your USB drive.

    You can download to all the machines you like.  You can only have two machines activated to run the software.

  • I just purchased ExportPDF and I cannot get the website to load

    I just purchased ExportPDF and I cannot get the website to load on my computer to sign in.  I tried to export a PDF to convert from the program on my computer and get the "An error occurred while signing in" message.  The tab for the website is the only Adobe page I cannot load.

    Thank you so much for the help.  I had to enter my complete email address using me.com added to my sign in name and then after I got to the next page to enter the settings, I changed the address to not include the me.com information.  From there everything went through just fine.  This ended about a week of frustration trying with many folks at the Verizon Store to help me.  I'm so grateful for your help.
