If you head over to ifixit.com, you can check out their replacement guides for each of the items you feel needs replacing. The cost for the parts is listed there. It would be that cost + labor at an Apple store. I'm not sure if they would replace things that are cracked as that is cosmetic damage and doesn't affect how well (or poorly) the computer works. You would have to bring it to a store and ask.

While I was waiting I tripped over an old question on the icloud community about restoring an iPhone 4 from the cloud. I could see that the bulk of my 5gb was backup and surmised that most was photos - so as the iPhone 4 question stated the phone needed to be reset and then restored from the cloud. Doing this, allows you to see the different backups that went to the cloud and dates. The concept was from the old IOS - (this is for iOS version 8.1) Tap Settings > General > Reset > all content and settings . Once done, restore from your cloud backup.
I want to back this phone up to the computer one last time with the photos sent to the cloud - and then wipe it again and set it up as a spare.

Thank you for the help. Every app on my phone was downloaded using my old I-tunes ID. I just hope that they will re-download under my new ID because I still can't change it on my phone. In order to change to the new ID it says I have to sign out from the old ID and change to the new one. My problem is that I don't remember my password to be able to sign out from my old ID. Then the phone says it can change my password through e-mail and I agree but I never get an e-mail at my old address or the new one.

If you made a backup before you restored it you can restore your iPhone from a backup and your game data should be restored. When you connect your iPhone in iTunes you can right click on it in the sidebar and select restore from backup.

Are you sure PDF won't work? It should as what you're trying to do is pretty much what it is designed for (PDF - Portable Document Format). On a Mac anywone who receives the file should be able to see it in all its page layout glory by using the app Preview or Adobe Reader. Same on a PC, the file should be viewable as a PDF file using Adobe Reader and probably some other viewer (don't use PCs so not sure what other apps).
What application are you creating the file in and are you sure you're exporting it correctly in PDF format, fonts and images embedded?

Apple (and no one else) can not assist (with serial number or iCloud) in finding a lost or stolen iPad.
Report to police along with serial number. Change all your passwords.

Has anyone used the RFC adapter (sender) in XI to pick up RFC messages? How would I know which RFC is triggered for example when a user creates a PO (purchase order)?

When u are writinfg RFC program, u will have destination right? There u know u have to give RFC Destination(SM59) while creating RFC destination we will be giving Program ID .
Similarly in XI while creating Sender RFC u have to give the program id. So with these program id these programs are linked together and triggered from R/3 to the exact Sender adapter.

When I use find file http://www.macupdate.com/app/mac/30073/find-file (which does tend to find files that "Finder" can't), it's not coming up with any other itunes library files that have been modified in the past week, which I know it would have been - unfortunately, I don't have a very recent backup of the hard drive. First, we need to know if the audiobook chapters are being treated by iTunes as music files or as audiobooks. If they are not audiobooks purchased from the iTunes store, they might be getting "shuffled". You will need to look at "File" - "Properties" (I think - I don't use iTunes under Windows - or right-click on the file and choose "properties") and look at the media type. If it is "Music", change it to "Audiobook". If this is not the problem, or does not fix anything, please post back.
Actually, looking at your post again, a second thought occurs to me - assuming there are less than 100 chapters in the book, just renaming them with a leading zero on the first nine chapters might do it. A computer will alphabetically sort filenames in the order you quote (1, 10, 11, 12, 13, ... 2, 21, etc.) but a leading zero will fix that (01, 02, 03 ... 10, 11, 12)
