I've locked my self out of my ipad by repeatedly entering the wrong password. What can I do to reopen it again please? I think I have the right number now too>

FORCE IPAD INTO RECOVERY MODE
1. Turn off iPad
2. Turn on computer and launch iTunes (make sure you have the latest version of iTune)
3. Plug USB cable into computer's USB port
4. Hold Home button down and plug the other end of cable into docking port.
DO NOT RELEASE BUTTON until you see picture of iTunes and plug
5. Release Home button.
ON COMPUTER
6. iTunes has detected iPad in recovery mode. You must restore this iPad before it can be used with iTunes.
7. Select "Restore iPad"...

Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red "slide to power off" slider appears, and then slide the slider.
After the device has turned off, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.

when I start my new ipad, it shows " Enter the password for the CalDAV account "Yahoo!"? so, i need to tap the cancel button 2 times. after that, i can use my new ipad. I just bought the new ipad 21.05.2012. yesterday, worst to worst, i cannot used my new ipad because after i tap the button cancel 2 times, the new i pad just hanging there with the box Enter the password for the CalDAV account "Yahoo!". It doesn't moved and I hate it so much.

Most likely your yahoo password setup in your mail account is wrong. When you wake your ipad it checks for mail right away(even though it has when it sleeps). Your password or something with your Yahoo mail is wrong.
Assuming caldav is your yahoo name. If its not a yahoo email, you have email setup wrong. Its your email.
