I've lost my iPod and I'm trying to find it on the Find iPhone app, my router says its connected to my iPod but iCloud says 'No Internet'. What should I do?

I've lost my iPod and I'm trying to find it on the Find iPhone app, my router says its connected to my iPod but iCloud says 'No Internet'. What should I do? I've tried searching for it everywhere but I can't see it.

You can't track it if:
1. It' not turned on and connected to internet
2. It's wiped
