How long ago did you pay the bill? Has the payment cleared? It may take up to a couple of hours after the payment clears until service is restored.
Unless you are in the area that is having service issues. There is an area where service is down.

If the place of purchase does not have a 'Lemon' policy (three replacements = refund or complete exchange), sadly you are out of luck.
And Apple themselves do not have any power over what policy a reseller uses. You can call Apple Care and have them replace it, but the odds are you would probably get a standard replacement again like has previously happened. I'm pretty sure Apple holds their own sort of 'Lemon' polocy where if it's been replaced three times through them they'll swap it out for a brand new phone. Not 100% sure though, best bet is too call them again.
And it ***** getting a response like that from their support personel, but hey, they can't all be that bad can they? I'm sure if you plead your case they'll try and help out. I've dealt with them in the past and had one or two people that rubbed me the wrong way, but most of them have been a great help and kept me a happy customer, haha.

I lost the ability to use wifi after the 8.02 update. Is there a way to fix this? I've already tried resetting network. Turned the phone off and on. Nothing is working and now I have to run on just data.

So sorry to hear about the trouble with Wi-Fi! Let's get that working the way it should. Could you provide us some more details regarding where this breakdown occurs? Are you having trouble with turning Wi-Fi on or connecting to your Wi-Fi? Are other devices connecting to your Wi-Fi without issue?

I updated my 4s to IOS 8 and now it won't automatically connect with my Ford SYNC. I have to turn the phone off and then on again for it to connect.
Why is this? My husband's 4s is still on IOS7 and it still connects automatically.I do not know if this will help.

My problem - when syncing and error messages comes up: iTunes could not sync calendars to the iPhone because an error occurred while margin data." I've tried turning the phone off and back on, & tried both USB ports but get the same thing. What can I do next since it doesn't give me even one clue as to what the error would be?
Before I started to resync calendars one by one as suggested in the troubleshooting article, I remembered something that came up in a sync when I first attempted : a 'which one do you want to keep' message about a repeating calendar event, which came up with three options, one from Calendar, and two from iCal on the phone. I deleted that event, then went through the calendar resync one by one, and all seems OK now.
In Music there is a way to find 'ghost' items that show up as grayed-out on the menus, so that you can try to reassociate or delete them. It would be nice to have a similar way to work with Calendar!

While using my Iphone 5, all of a sudden black and white stripes where on the screen. I have tryed to turn the phone off and on again, but there are only the stripes. I can't use it, and nothing happens when I push the buttons. Can someone help me?
Try resetting your phone, hold the home and sleep/wake button down until the apple symbol comes up, then release. If that doesnt work, you may have damaged your phone and need to take it to an apple genius bar.

All the keystrokes sounds in different sounds that go with the phone have stopped working do you know how to make them go again? The ring tones and notifications down this still work but not that keystrokes are other in phone sounds. Is there something I can do other than turn the phone off and on to restore them?
Basic troubleshooting steps clearly outlined in the User Guide are restart, reset, restore from backup, restore as NEW.

My iPhone is not showing that it is connected to wi-fi. My laptop is showing the wi-fi signal with a completely strong signal. I keep getting an error code 05 when I try to use certain modes on my Rebel T3i. It seems as though my auto flash is stuck. Is this a common complaint....and if so.....what is the answer to deal with this issue. I have followed the instructions of turning the camera off and back on....to no avail. HELP!!

The Error 5 error code indicates a malfunction in the popup flash mechanism.
If this is not cleared by turning the camera off, then on, your camera will require service to correct this issue.

I got a brand new I phone from the apple store three weeks ago and my silent button had just stopped working, I have the latest hardware and update. I have turned the phone on and off as well as switched the sound on and off many times but the sound wont go off.
You shouldn't lose anything because its all saved on the internet. Since you're using an account. It will all still be there if you delete the app, reinstall it and log back in.
Deleting the app should work, but if it doesn't, you will usually have to wait for a bug fix app update. Every time your app crashes it sends a report to instagram and they try and fix the problem, so the bug fix update shouldn't take too long. -
I have an Apple Trackpad that shows that it is connected with Bluetooth but it is not responding. I've tried restarting the computer, disconnecting and reconnecting and also turning the trackpad on and off but it simply does not respond. Does anyone have any idea on what is going on here?
There are reports of similar behavour but generally it is due to battery connections. Is the indicator light working steadily or does it blink or even not function. Here is the Apple document dealing with some of the problems.
