I bought a new iPad and I am trying to buy the first app and the store wants an extra security check with the two questions. I have answered the questions and I think my answers are right. Firefox freezes when I try to open my emails and use the internet, what can I do?

Use Mozilla Firefox to see my emails and use the internet from about one week when I try to see my emails or use the internet it takes me to another wed site or gets freezes I am worry about because I don't know what's going up. This is the first time it happening to me. It says Firefox can not work properly it will close and I can lose some information, or click to star a new session but it never starts again it got freeze and I have to shut down the computer.

Your friend will have to remember or find his account id and password, without them he won't be able to re-activate the iPad.
Does he have any of the account's downloads in his computer's iTunes library : Recovering a forgotten iTunes Store account name.
Or has he tried finding it via http://appleid.apple.com : Apple ID: How to find your Apple ID.
If he can find the account id he can then get its password reset via http://iforgot.apple.com
